We had a nice dinner last night and the $20 classic pub special on a Monday made it even nicer. My friends got schnitzels and they were fantastic. I opted for the $38 steak and it was a tough as boots. Overall, we had a good time but I’d stick the schnitzel if I was to dine here again

Cross Keys Hotel is a bit of an old-school pub vibe… decent meals, big portions, and fair prices. Schnitty was solid and came out quick, and the staff were friendly without being over the top.

Not super fancy, but it’s comfy and good for a casual feed or a beer with mates. Worth a stop if you’re nearby and want something hearty without breaking the bank.

Our family lunch today was outstanding. 6 delicious meals, served quickly and the service we received was exceptional from all staff. It’s a beautiful venue and very popular which is wonderful to see. Keep up the great work team.

We recently dined at the cross keys hotel for my mother’s birthday. I was pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the food and the warm and amazing service. The staff were very friendly and even catered for us when we needed an extra table to be added on our extended table, will definitely be going back .

Popped in for a Tuesday lunch. Burger, schnitzel, large wine and pint of beer well under $50 using our Seniors card. Meals not reduced to ‘senior’ size as a lot of pubs do. Couldn’t ask for better service and the decor of the dining room was comfortable and appealing.

It was very last minute that I decided to host a 30th birthday party. So I called Cross Keys, and they put me through to Ange. After a quick conversation, she locked it all in. A few min after, she called me to let me know that she would have the sports bar booked for us instead of dining at the bistro. 2 days before the event, I called to confirm that I would have 50 guests and have requested for the bar to be set up as a proper sit-down dinner, which they already had planned for. Got there, and I was so surprised with how they turned the sports bar to a dining place. The table was all set and decorated. The team on was wonderful and accommodating. All orders came out smoothly, and the food was great. I could not thank the team enough for how well they have accommodated us tonight and how well they have set up the venue. It was beyond what I was expecting.

I really just want to say thank you so much! I had the perfect evening celebrating with friends and family.

Have been going there for years. Tonight’s meal was awful. Supposedly a cauli and broccoli bake. Served some rubbery stuff instead of cheese on top of some broccoli. Unable to eat it. Manager reported that the chef should not have sent that out to be eaten but “we were very busy”. No refund or compensation offered just apologies.
Also a small dog was brought in with some diners and sat on a chair at the dining table. Manager excused it as a service dog. It wasn’t. It had no identifying coat or anything.
Not impressed.

My Gawd if you LOVE Lamb Shanks, this is the sit down place for you. What can I say, the atmosphere was good but tbh I was so busy devouring my meal everything else was a blur. Meals came out faster than ever perceived.

We had such a wonderful dinner experience! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food was Incredible, and the service was personable and lovely. The aged scotch fillet was cooked perfectly and came with yummy potatoes and salad. My folks had chilli mussels served with a side of bread rolls, as well as the chicken breast which came with potatoes and vegetables, and they really enjoyed it! Great portion sizes, good prices! Highly recommended! Thank you so much 🙂

We had a staff end of year celebratory dinner there. We reserved one of their function rooms, so we enjoyed the private vibes and the fact that we were able to play our own music. The staff were really friendly and service was pretty quick. Everyone enjoyed the food and drinks. It was a good night!

Was told to check out the chefs menu, I asked for lamb shanks, at 6.03pm. None available asked for a side of mash, was told sorry dont have enough all this at dinner time. Food bearable maybe. My beef snizel tasted burnt/flamed grilled. Very bland, no flavour. lovely services just poor food management. Smells like smelly washing as you walk in.

The best chicken schnitzel I have ever tasted! Just beautifully cooked, with nice chips and fresh salad. The mushroom sauce is delicious!

I had a wonderful experience at this pub! Food was delicious and their customer service was exceptional. I’m absolutely obsessed with their prawn linguine — it’s the best I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!

I suggest the owner pay attention to the mental health of the front desk staff yesterday. I asked if I could change to another room (since the neighboring one was quite noisy and many rooms were unoccupied when we arrived). The staff member kept saying that switching to a larger room would cost extra. I emphasized again that I was only asking to switch to a room of the same size, and said it was also totally fine if it wasn’t possible. Then, out of nowhere, he started accusing me of being aggressive and questioned whether I had a personal issue with him.

After telling me for a while how upset he was, he suddenly did change the room for me. If he could change it, why not just do it from the beginning? And if he couldn’t, he could’ve simply said so and explained the reason.

Then, even in the new room, I could hear him outside loudly complaining and slamming things. The set I booked included soft drinks, but he didn’t provide any, so I went out and asked. He responded, “Do you know how hard it is to work in the service industry? We can’t even yell back at customers.” I honestly don’t know what this dude was trying to say — I just know I never yelled at him.

The sound system was so-so, and the song selection system wasn’t great either, but you get what you pay for — nothing to complain about there. It’s just that this staff member genuinely seemed like he needed help. Don’t know what kind of pathetic thing happened in his life but if he is so unhappy, better find another job.

We went here for karaoke!!! The song selection was good and the room was spacious. Also only $10 an hour before 8pm!! Would come back

Very disappointing experience. We received a confirmation email for our booking, but when we arrived, a male staff member was extremely rude and accused us of not answering the phone. When we asked to that we want to speak to the boss, he refused and continued to speak to us with a bad attitude. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. We will not be coming and do not recommend this place!!!!!!!

I went to idarts via a recommendation from my friend and wow this place is something special. i Darts is the only place in Adelaide that has Dartslive 2 which is an electronic dartboard with all different types of game modes like 01, count up, cricket and some fun and wacky party games. you can play by yourself or go with a bunch of friends which is what I did when I recently visited.

As far as gameplay goes believe the hype this is the most fun you’ll have playing darts whether you’ve never played before or are a veteran of the game. There are plenty of cabinets so if you have groups you can play with multiple groups at the same time, also you can buy an ic card to save your scores if you want to keep playing which I highly recommend and also buy your own set of darts as well, just be aware that you will need to use soft tip darts if you want to bring some from home.

There are also karaoke rooms with boards in them so if you want to do karaoke you have that option as well, the menu has a good variety and the drinks are solid. Overall it’s a great place to hang out and playing with my friends there was awesome, I highly recommend giving them a try.

Amazingly fun experience. The staff at iDarts are all very friendly and accomodating, willing to help newbies and make sure everyone had a great time. We had a large group come through for a work function, the manager and the team took every effort to ensure that our experience was awesome – and it was! The darts were fun and competitive, the food they served us was deliciously home made and generously portioned, and the drinks towers went down entirely too well.

I can’t recommend iDarts Adelaide to my friends, family and colleagues enough.

So much fun! Staff are friendly, helpful and overall very good! It’s clean and the drinks are cheap and so are the games! Will definitely be returning had a blast!

An Adelaide staple. Open karaoke place. The place to come at the end of the night.

$10 entry fee for a lot of fun. Expect a line up as it get later in the night, book a table if you are expecting a big one. Get your songs in as soon as you walk in the door. Best with big groups and after a couple of drinks.

The only time I have eaten here the food was frozen in the middle, and the drinks range from Coopers Beers to Vodka Cruisers.

Come here for a laugh and a good time, lower your expectations, and increase your alcohol intake and you will have fun here.

A karaoke hire service that is second to none. I’ve been to events they have hosted at both the Grand Bar and Emu Hotel and it’s always a great night. The lighting and setup looks fantastic, the equipment is high quality, and the host keeps everything running smoothly. They even have their own app to search for songs and submit requests. Would highly recommend coming to one of their shows, or hiring them for a private function.

Clinton is an excellent karaoke host and has the best equipment of anyone in Adelaide, as well as a large song collection.

Awesome place! I felt like a rock star!! The stage is very cool and modern!! They also have some music instruments to make more fun! The place is nice and modern with a fun decor! Service is very good and the staff is nice and happy. It is a small place but with lots of seating area in the balcony. The music menu is out of the internet so you can sing almost anything, even in other languages. They have a tablet available so you can search and pick your song. Had a birthday party there and everybody loved!

We did our company end of year celebration at this place and it was awesome. The decor is amazing, great atmosphere and the open stage karaoke made our party way more fun and casual. Thanks for the service and i will definitely come back with my frinds to sing. Cheers.

It is a great venue for having Birthday party and Hens party, also for people who love singing for a crowd! Amazing song equipment and variety of song. I would definitely recommend it!

A great night out: singing and having drinks with friends.

I visited this Korean-style karaoke in Adelaide yesterday and was very disappointed.

In the past, karaoke systems allowed us to select songs easily with a remote, queue the next songs, and even skip instrumentals to make the best use of the time. However, now the system has been replaced with a very inefficient and inconvenient process. You must first connect to the venue’s WiFi, then open YouTube on your phone, and cast it to the TV in the room. There is no option to skip the instrumental, and on top of that, YouTube ads interrupt the experience and waste the paid time.

The TV also did not display the remaining time, so we had no idea when our session would finish. To make matters worse, one of the two microphones provided simply did not work at all.

For $24 per hour, this felt like a complete waste of money. Honestly, you could buy a karaoke machine and connect it to your own TV with YouTube at home for a better experience.
So we were so upset that we left the place halfway through the song without finishing it.

This setup feels like the business is cutting corners at the expense of customers, and it comes across as very unfair and unethical. I do not recommend this place — it is not worth the time or money.

Don’t exploit customers by running your business in such a deceptive way >:(

The place itself is actually good, but the reception guy completely ruined the experience for us. He was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. Instead of welcoming us and politely explaining the rules, he spoke with a bad attitude and made us feel unwelcome. All he had to do was explain things in a respectful way, but he chose to spread negativity toward me and my friends.

It’s really disappointing because we were looking forward to enjoying our time, but his behaviour made us feel very uncomfortable. Customer service like this is unacceptable. I wish I could give this review zero stars just because of how poorly we were treated.

The receptionist needs to join CUSTOMER SERVICE COURSE, we knew that being late was our fault but you guys don’t need to react like it is all your fault, not us. We did call you to change the time but no one even answered the phone. However, to have a good customer service, you don’t have to yell at customer like you normally do, it’s so rude and unprofessional.

Nice place to enjoy karaoke. I go here every week and it’s cheap. With that price, I think everything is good. If you ever go to karaoke place we normally go in Asia, it’s actually the same style. I do prefer youtube than the book as I can get the new song. The service is great and the staffs are really helpful. Just read the instructions and you’ll easily know what to do with the system.

If you want a fun and enjoyable karaoke night with friends, I think Rush is the right place.

Great place to sing your heart out in a private setting with your friends and family. Only downfall is the restrooms, these are filthy. Although caused by patrons, there aren’t many toilets available and these tend to always be left dirty. Would be great if they paid staff or a cleaner to attend regularly especially during busy periods.

Friend booked for a group of us, thought we could play our own music but upon arriving that feature is disabled and the music they do have is very limited and not up to date with current music. We sat there for 10 minutes and realised we weren’t really gonna have fun so we got up and asked if we could get a refund. Blatant no. No refund. We didn’t even use anything aside from looking at the songs. We had to pay upfront 160aud ish for 2 hours and were not allowed any form of refund. More of a place for drunk people coming in off the street for an hour and finding what they can than a group of friends going to have fun. Not the best service received.

Songs are not matching the ori MVs .. so dont expect too much. You can still sing but the tone and beats are not up to it at all.. not too sure others will enjoy but we created our own tunes lol

The service was absolutely horrendous! Me and some work mates innocently went to ask some additional questions on how to work the karaoke machine after we first got there as we were a bit confused and got such a rude response from the worker. He was more occupied enjoying a cigarette on the balcony and slacking off than wanting to offer a good experience it seems.
The machines are confusing but the sound and room setup are ok.
The toilet is HIDEOUS – urine all over the floor, broken seat and a shower caddy?
Let’s hope they improve the service in future!

Worst experience ever! Would give -1 star if possible.
Booked and paid for a 2 hours session, the staff barged in after 1hr 5 mins and said “times up” and kicked us out.
Staff were extremely rude and disrespectful and the toilets were absolutely disgusting. There was piss all over the toilet seat and walls that looked like it had been there for 3 years. There was also a shower caddy in there?? Not sure if someone is living in this karaoke bar. Will never be coming back to this filthy place!

It was really nice and we had an amazing day with my friends. Heaps of songs to choose and the room were big enough to accommodate parties.

Having never been here before, I’ll start with the good.
The place looks cool, the decor is Lux and the room we had, Pop Princess, was big and comfy with good lighting.
However, after we were shown to the room we were left on our own. We rang the service bell but no one came. We had to muddle through working out the system, which was less than straight forward.
The guys at the bar were friendly and generous. Just lacking a little in mixology skills.
Don’t go here and expect any choice in wine.
All in all we all had a great time and will be back.

I went with some friends and got $15 for 3 hours and had a blast, though they didn’t have many of the Japanese songs I wanted to sing, but they had a variety of English songs. The seats were really comfy and everything was pretty clean. The staff were nice, when we had a microphone problem, they helped us out and changed us to a new room.

Can’t speak for the food the service was friendly but largely not all that helpfull as the system was hard to use and mostly in Chinese. There was supposed to be an App to remotely select songs. However, the “link” was down and the service was l helpful in short bursts, however it was felt you tube would have been just as good and easier to use.
The bathrooms had doors hanging of stalls and generally poor upkeep.

Ran a bucks night with a 3 hour room+drinks package.
Great experience had by all, buck got a complimentary cocktail and staff were fun and awesome.
To contradict what some reviews say, there is a very broad variety of english songs, provided you figure out how to use the search function. There was enough selection to fill 3+ hours of singing!

Thoroughly recommended. We booked out the Rat Pack room for my wife’s 50th on a Saturday night, 9pm to 12am, and had such a brilliant time we stayed an extra hour. Isaac, the manager, and his team were excellent – helpful, polite, and good fun. The drinks package was delivered in full and reasonably priced. We turned up 15 minutes late but despite this being our fault, Isaac didn’t start our booking clock until we actually entered the room at 9.15 so we didn’t lose out. We will certainly be back.

first time here, the atmosphere is good, the rooms have a nice layout and design. it’s a bummer that the system they use seems to be only in one language (and it’s not english)

it’s not very welcoming or accessible to those who don’t understand the language it’s set to, nor does the system seem to have many songs you’d expect to see at a karaoke bar.

If the software and song selection/searching was improved, this could be a much more enjoyable experience. it’s 2025 and you’d expect more from a karaoke bar.

There are many positives about this place.
Once you got a hang of the karaoke music computer it was okay to pick the songs. The computer was in Chinese and you had to hunt for the songs.

The room was clean and the ambiance was good but the room was in need of repairs. The seats were very torn and beaten up.
The bartender was good with only simple drinks so rum and coke etc.

$100 for an hour was expensive for just 5 of us.

So all in all 3 stars

Bargain $99 for three hours on a Saturday afternoon. The XMen room was clean, large, and very well presented.

Good selection of songs but missing quite a few western singers, like Madonna, Eminem and others.

Drinks a little on the expensive side.

The rooms are big, which is nice for big groups.
But the interface is all’ in Chinese and does not have all the titles we were looking for. Toilets are smelly.

Some staff were very rude and poor selection of songs. Booked for 5 people for 1 hour for a birthday. Wasn’t told until we arrived that the minimum is 6 people, and we will be charged extra for being under the minimum. Total came to $100.

Largely Asian influenced karaoke, they are expanding the range.
