While the room was fairly cheap, the service was God awful. There was no warning when time was up, they turned ALL lights off in the room and did not turn them on again so we could leave. No warnings. Just sudden darkness to the point where we had to get out our phones to safely leave.
Service was rude when asking to get the card for the toilet and the staff seemed like you were bothering them to buy a drink which I half wonder if it was watered down as it was the weakest soju I've ever had. Never going back. Not worth it as trying to get things up on YouTube was more of a chore. I'd have more fun singing at home and with full strength beer.

You can just connect to YouTube and sing at home. There's nothing at this place you can't get at home.
Instead of a 10 minute warning at the end of your time. They just turn everything off, leaving you in pitch black. This is both rude and dangerous.
Never going here again.

I don't have much experience at all with karaoke, this place was ok. $10 per person per hour, gets you a nice sized room, which nearly drowns out all the surrounding rooms. Drinks are normal prices and it's a fairly good range. Staff were nice. You can pick any song, you just gotta connect your phone with the system and you're good to go
