Absolute vibe. I love that people of all ages and stages come here to sing their hearts out and everyone is so supportive of each other. 10/10 wholesome karaoke experience

This place is a vibe, it is what it is so if you leave expectations at the door and go with it you will have a stellar night

Security is consistently friendly and professional keeping patrons and staff safe without the overt tough guy aggression you see a lot of, the staff manage the gamut of diverse clientele well, tolerating the drunken bullshit in their stride, song selection is diverse however some songs are in a different key to originals which can leave even decent singers struggling to hear and adjust accordingly, on the spot and in the spotlight but this isn’t uncommon for karaoke. Drink prices are standard for city venue, I’ve never actually tried the food.
It’s a friendly and fun atmosphere without pretension
Be friendly and buy drinks and understand that each table gets its song selections, so getting pissy because every one in your group didn’t get their song choices played immediately isn’t really fair (I’ve been annoyed my song was missed or whatever but didn’t complain online because I’m a grown ass woman)

Far out… we arrived at opening time, and by midnight, only three of our queued songs had played. Very disappointed. We queued many songs prior to the arrival of other tables, and it seems our songs were simply pushed aside to allow other tables songs to play. Not very happy about this at all :((( would not recommend. Better off booking a private karaoke booth at a different venue.

To begin with, security guard had an absolutely terrible attitude and I have been informed that he is a regular who constantly displays poor etiquette towards patrons. A group of us arrived promptly upon opening and were disregarded with our song requests whilst other people continued to enter. Cannot recommend an establishment less, save your money and your vocal chords and enjoy a night anywhere else. Disgusted.

What a fantastic place , amazing staff sensational atmosphere , and just a place where everyone can go and be comfortable and safe , the stand out staff member there has gotta be the security , what a complete gentleman, friendly happy to have a chat just an all round good person , and hands down one of the best security guards I've ever come across, all of the staff there are amazing , if your looking for a great night our surrounded by happy people
