Would give a 0 if we could. Arranged through emirates rang and confirmed 3 child seats. No driver arrived, rang them after 30 mins and receiving a message saying a 15-20 minute wait. The driver number I had been given said he didn’t even have the job listed. After multiple phone calls finally a driver arrived over an hour late with 2 child seats. Whilst the driver was lovely my anger is with the company and the lies we were told when they clearly forgot about our booking. If we were a couple we could have called an Uber. It’s a whole other level of stress when you have 3 children to transport as well. Extremely disappointed. Would appreciate some follow up.

Deep, was polite, kind and friendly. He is proud of his car which was immaculate. I left my phone in his car and he returned it to me without charging me. He is honest and goes above and beyond. I am grateful beyond words.

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und trotzdem hat alles wie am Schnürchen geklappt. Die Mitarbeiterin vor Ort war überaus nett, geduldig, humorvoll und verständnisvoll, auch als unsere Karten mehrere Abläufe brauchten, bis die Kaution hinterlegt werden konnte. Das Auto war in einem guten Zustand und gepflegt. Wir hatten eine gute Fahrt und keinerlei Probleme! Vor allem aber hat uns die Autovermietung in letzter Minute unseren Trip zur Fähre und damit nach Kangaroo Island gerettet, da wir die Fähre ohne eigenes Auto nicht bekommen hätten.

The only negative is that we were given a sedan after I requested a hatch ‘or similar’ Not a huge deal but I had surgery while in Adelaide and it would have been a bit easier for me to get in and out.

The shuttle service staff is very friendly. We got out of and back in to the airport in no time. The MG3 itself is serviceable but really lacks on acceleration. You need to make sure you account for the weak power on the road when overtaking. Carplay works flawlessly. Some plastic parts went missing or got whacked out of place and the staff told me it is ok. I did notice the car had some weird quirks like the ignition is locked up randomly for no reason and I must rock the steering wheel to reenable ignition. They charged us $1000 bond which is pretty high as rentals go and you should be aware of it. Bond returns on the day of return if the car passes inspection. The rental price is competitive.

Had the pleasure of hiring rental cars from them recently for my 15 years homecoming trip and the experience was amazing. I overlooked the hefty deposit of aud 1k but Fahim patiently explained to me it was in the policy and we both go through it together and alas i overlooked it, so he suggested a lower deposit to fit my budget. Also they provided shuttle bus to and fro the airport, u have to call them once u arrived, can asked from the helpful person at the information counter at the arrival hall for assistance like i did since my number cant call out to Australian numbers. John/Jack the driver was super nice and friendly, made me miss Adelaide even more. Highly reccommend their cars, resonablt priced and comfy!

I was a complete bike novice when I walked into Bike Society. I spoke with Josh who was fantastic and very informative. He explained just about everything there was to know about bikes and all the differences. It was clear he knew his stuff and was an expert in the field. I have used Caprice Cars for many years and have always found the drivers to be friendly and polite. The cars are always clean and presented as you would expect. Bookings are made easily on line or by email. Bookings are confirmed. Most importantly the cars are on time. This is important when heading to the airport.
In my work I experience late notice changes and this usually affects my travel. A quick call/email to Caprice Cars and Ilona finds a solution to have me pickup.

I’ve started using Caprice Cars for my airport transfers for peace of mind, as taxis/ubers have become so unreliable (and provide an increasingly poor service!)
Caprice Cars are so nice and they make it so easy – the driver is friendly, always arrives early and is waiting for me (not the other way around) to load and unload my suitcase for me; the vehicle is always clean; I arrive on time and the price is reasonable.
It’s a great way to start a holiday – and to be welcomed back from one!

Had an amazing couple of days with Jeff from Caprice taking us to the Adelaide Hills and then the following day to McClaren Vale. I would recommend the service to anyone travelling to Adelaide. My husband and I learned so much from Jeff who was very generous sharing his vast knowledge. He was also great with pivoting where to go as the weather was not kind to us.

A birthday winery tour was made even better by Jeff! He was kind, courteous and went above and beyond. When my shoe broke, he stopped into Mitre 10 and bought super glue for me. Did a tour of the Barossa with a friend this weekend – we booked a car and driver worth Caprice and we’re really happy! Our driver Paul was very accommodating and when we had some spare time in our schedule he took us to a couple of scenic spots in addition to the wineries on our itinerary.
