I recently purchased a 2018 Kluger AWD from AVC Enfield. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing due to several issues during the sales and delivery process.

The salesperson, Storm—who had just started a few weeks prior—provided inaccurate information about the vehicle’s features during the inspection. He also initially assured us that the car would come with two keys, but once the deal was confirmed, he backtracked on that. Only after I spoke with the manager, Caleb, was a second key organised.

A day before collection, Storm called and told me the car was ready. However, on the day of delivery, he called in sick, and I discovered that the car was actually not ready. One of the driver-side airbag covers was broken, the car was dirty, and cleaning was done in front of me while I waited. The condition of the car did not meet the professional standards one would expect from a dealership.

To make matters worse, when I raised these concerns, Caleb was extremely rude, despite the mistakes being on AVC’s part. This was not the level of customer service I expected. I had three witnesses with me at the time who can confirm how the situation was handled.

What stood out the most was the drastic change in their attitude. Before the deal was signed, they were friendly, responsive, and eager to help—always picking up calls and being polite. But after the deal was finalised, they started ignoring messages and became dismissive. When I raised genuine concerns about the car’s condition and communication failures, Caleb—the manager—was extremely rude, even though the issues were clearly on their end. I had three witnesses with me at the time who can confirm how the situation was handled.

This is the second time I’ve purchased a car from AVC, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend them based on this recent experience. I hope management reviews their internal processes and customer service approach seriously.

Great team, welcoming and friendly throughout the process and knowledgeable. Blake was great fun and really went out of his way to make it a warm and enjoyable experience which is rare when looking at used vehicles. Tim was also a breeze to work with and definitely will be coming back to them next time

I came in one afternoon to enquire about selling my car, not having great expectations. Cameron greeted me warmly, welcomed my enquiry, and quickly proceeded to check my car’s documents and to perform a visual inspection. He asked what I was after, he considered it a fair ask, and matched it on the spot after accounting for some cosmetic repair that was needed, which I totally agreed to. He didn’t rush me to take his offer, so I came back a few days later for the mechanical inspection and the next day, I had the money. No surprises, no haggling, no huffing and puffing or trying to lowball me. Fantastic service. Like they say, “As easy as AVC!”

I did my 72 months RAV4 servicing in CMI Adelaide. They looked pretty big, but not sure if it is one of the biggest in Australia. I believe I had made a good choice as their services was amazing

After the initial 5 years fixed rate, I obtained a quote of $630 before visiting. I booked 8:30 am, arrived on time, and almost no waiting time for checking in. The booking confirmation advised that the servicing and inspection needed about 4 hours to complete.

Just 20 minutes after I dropped my car, I received a call and the initial checking suggested changing all four tyres. They offered a small discount for changing all 4 tyres (18″ diameter) at the services centre, a total of $1,300 including balancing which was ok. I agreed straight-away as the four tyres hadn’t been changed since the purchase 6 years ago.

The services was done quickly, and I received a message for collection at 10:40 am. My car came with a thick blanket of dust, they offered complimentary washing services and made it shiny again

The waiting lounge was a nice one, with complimentary coffee and biscuits. If you don’t need to go anywhere else, waiting in the lounge for 4 hours or use it as a workstation with your laptop would be great.

Today I dropped off my company car. First time there, and the service was incredible. There is a gentlemancalled Kyle, Irish, a good fella. Very clear, work ethic incredible, and his communication is brilliant. Highly recommend this place; see you amigo soon!

I had an incredibly disturbing experience at dealership few weeks back. From the moment I walked in, it was clear I was being treated differently—not because of anything I said or did, but because of how I look. The staff was dismissive, condescending, and outright unhelpful. I watched other customers (who didn’t look like me) get greeted warmly and offered assistance while I was ignored and even questioned like I didn’t belong there.
One star is because without that I can’t write a review.

I purchased 2018 Kia Sportage n-line, diesel auto & i cant be happier!! Lee the saleman looked after me through every step of the way, so a big Thanks to him!! A few things were missing in the car like the luggage boot blind & headrests in the back seat. As Lee promised he hooked me up with a boot blind, the head rests are on order, just waiting on their arrival. It felt the steering was just a tad off alignment, so today they fixed that for me, with a wheel alignment & suspension check. They returned my car after washing it, it looks superb & im a very happy Kia owner now.!!

The service team were polite and prompt. I was running late and called the hotline to let them know, the lady on the phone was able to confirm it would be ok and my service would still go ahead. At the shop the loan car was ready and clean. When I returned my car had been vacuumed and washed, and the mechanic had provided a video detailing the key watch points or concerns. Following the service Jarvis called to check in and ensure all went well and was going well post the service.

Couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Brad! I found myself in a pickle after an ‘incident’ with a kangaroo but Brad had me sorted out with a new vehicle the next day. He went out of his way to get the vehicle to me because of my situation, and even got the old roo damaged car out of my hair. Purchased a low km high spec 2018 Skoda Karoq from Brad today. Very happy with the deal, an honest pricing structure and sales style is rare and refreshing in the industry and appreciated. I feel we got a good car at a fair price with a long warranty, perfect for my in-laws who’s Mondeo of 11 years finally stuffed it’s 3rd transmission! The whole process was very easy and no pressure. It was a real pleasure dealing with Brad and his team. I was uncomfortable buying a new car but needed to due to my old one breaking down. I had done my own research and gotten advice prior to test driving my new Territory, and Brad was extremely patient, understanding, and warm during all my questioning. He gave me a good price for a very solid vehicle, a fair trade in value on my old car (basically a write-off), and never put any pressure on me to make an impulsive purchase.

Bad luck had me making a warranty claim early on for a failed power window switch (worked fine during mechanical inspection and test driving). Brad followed up with me promptly and gave me excellent advice about where to go for repairs (soon to be its own 5-star review).

My experience with AVS has been flawless, took all the typical trepidation of dealing with used car purchasing out of the equation, and I have already made two personal recommendations to people to go to speak to these folks about getting some new wheels. Thank you to you Brad and Alistair

I visited Newspot MG Adelaide this morning to test drive an MG EV, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. I was warmly greeted by Indi, whose friendly and professional manner instantly made me feel welcome.
