So helpful and efficient. I saw their Google listing for an item I had been searching for for years, found a mobile number in their website and made an enquiry via SMS. Quick response with multiple options to purchase (I’m in NSW) I didn’t follow up quickly enough and the item had gone offline, I sent another SMS and they quickly responded again, saying the item will be back in stock and offering to do a bank deposit or I could wait until it’s back online.
