I consulted Bell & Brunt to have my mother's 18ct gold cross and chain repaired. The customer service was friendly, helpful, and informative. Their craftsmanship is of superior quality and efficiency. I ended up purchasing a new chain to compliment my 100+ year old cross on my return. In February 2022, my (now) husband reached out to Bell & Brunt with a vision for my engagement ring. Despite working interstate at the time, Daniel was able to collaborate seamlessly with Carmel and the design team to bring his idea to life. Carmel's attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident from the start, and the entire process exceeded our expectations. When Daniel proposed in August 2022, it was an immediate and enthusiastic YES! After the engagement, we returned to Bell & Brunt to design our wedding bands. We each had unique ideas, and once again, Carmel went above and beyond to make our visions a reality. We were married in December 2023, and we couldn't be happier with our rings—they are truly stunning. Not long after our wedding, we approached Carmel for a pair of custom ruby and diamond rose gold studs, designed to match my wedding band, which features 12 encrusted rubies. The earrings turned out beautifully, exactly as we had envisioned. Thank you to Carmel and the entire Bell & Brunt team for making each experience so seamless and enjoyable. Although we’ve since moved away from Adelaide, we can't imagine going anywhere else for our jewellery needs. We look forward to returning to Bell & Brunt for all our future custom pieces.

My wedding ring was cleaned and valued for the first time in many years by Bell and Brunt. The staff were friendly and professional. They gave me a time for completion and they were absolutely correct. No delay at all. The cleaning of my ring was amazing ..it looked just like new and sparkling. Bell and Brunt were wonderful. I took my rings in for repair and maintenance. The price was right. The communication was excellent. The repairs were done in a timely fashion. The lady who served me (sorry I fogot her name) was so lovely. I can’t stop looking at my rings. They look like the day I received them in 2014.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Carmen at Front Counter was wonderful, friendly and very welcoming from the start and to collection. The price quoted to repair and replace my clasp on my precious 18ct gold bracelet was VERY reasonable and half the price quoted at some other corner shop jewellers in the suburbs and city.
