Mia at Cullen was absolutely fabulous, we had her both for when we came in to select an engagement ring and now when we've just selected a matching wedding band. She was so knowledgeable about the lab grown diamonds and how to select a good one, was not pushy whatsoever in the decision making process. I would highly recommend Cullen and in particular, Mia - who is an asset to the company.

Adele was so incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful in helping me to make selections at my appointment, without being at all pushy. Cullen offers such a wide selection that allows you to really make an informed decision on how your ring will look.

Had such an amazing experience at Cullen Jewellery! The staff and atmosphere were both so welcoming. Adele was super accommodating and knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed. It really took the pressure off while I browsed all the beautiful bands and engagement rings. We were there for about 45 minutes, and they even offered us complimentary drinks when we arrived (which definitely helped my partner get through the appointment!). Honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough, they’re so thoughtful and really pay attention to everything you like.

Excellent service experience with Lydia at Cullen Jewelry who made our engagement ring consultation informative, comfortable and welcoming. Lydia made our consultation a fun experience and we were able to get an introduction to different styles and discuss customisation as well as professional sizing. Adele and Mia from the Adelaide Showroom was phenomenal!!! We were taken through all our rings and she helped us design our perfect wedding set (engagement ring, wedding band and eternity band, plus mens wedding band) the perfect diamond for my engagement ring and it looks absolutely stunning!! Cullen is such amazing value for money and have outstanding attention to detail. Their communication was brilliant and answered every question and concern with ease. Thank you so much to Sherry from design and production for her attention to detail with our CAD drawings and making the adjustments we requested prior to production. It was amazing to see them come to life in video after they were completed and then dispatched. My now fiancé picked them up from the show room and the first time I saw my ring in person was when he got down on one knee, it was perfection!!
