Exceptional customer service from the very first email. Amy was sensational in really listening to what I wanted and responding really thoroughly and promptly to all my many questions. She was very welcoming and friendly and thoughtful. Even though most of our communication happened via email (from interstate) Amy and team successfully made a custom ring that I love.
