I absolutely love my Maland Olive Leather Kitchen Stools. I bought 4. They are so unique from anything else i could find in the market. (I don’t want others to buy!!).
I had a nightmare with the 3rd party delivery company but Tanya was quick to respond and extremely proficient to help sort the problem and kept in touch by email until the delivery was completed.
A side note for people who prefer to speak to a human; everything is done via email.

I purchased four Maland solid leather counter stools. They are of excellent quality, and I love the-tone wood. I could not be happier with them. I ordered online as I live in Darwin, where the choices are limited. The staff went above and beyond to assist me. made an error on the number of stools, and the staff was accommodating and fixed it quickly. The postage price to Darwin was also reasonable. You will not be disappointed with them.

The communication was excellent, and I really liked the products I ordered. I also appreciated that they included a sample, which they offered to be on the safe side with the colours; hat was a nice touch. However, I did encounter one (for a customer) important issue. When I visited their website, I saw a 15% discount offered for first-time buyers. But when I placed my order and asked over the phone/email and asked for this discount, I was denied. Later, I realized the discount was still valid, and the representative who assisted me seemed indifferent to the situation. As a result, I ended up paying 15% more even though I was entitled to the discount according to the offer on their website.

I purchased these 2 Flo lamps for my monochrome bedroom.They were delivered speedily , well packaged I was kept informed very impressed with their service and Australia post delivery service. On one lamp the shade had a flaw and I emailed with photos and asked if they could replace the shade only and the same day my email was actioned , they said they would replace the whole lamp and if I could return the faulty lamp to their warehouse. They included the consignment to attach to the return packaging. The replacement lamp was sent immediately. So impressed , I love these lamps, very professional and seamless service.

The service in store was wonderful, the staff were present and happy to assist but were not hovering or pushy while we were looking at couches. They clearly explained all our options for ordering/lay-by/delivery. The range and quality were excellent, and they had some great pricing during their EOFY sale. We ended up ordering online after deciding on one of the couches we sat on in store. The online order process was seamless, with a range of payment options available. We had instant confirmation and then a call the next day to arrange delivery. Delivery was on time, with great communication from the delivery team. They took great care when bringing the furniture into our home, with no damage caused. Plus they unpack, set up and take away all the rubbish. The delivery team were professional and friendly. We bought our beautiful leather modular lounge from Our Furniture Warehouse a couple of months ago and are so impressed with the quality and comfort compared to many other lounges we looked at in the same complex. You just can’t beat the quality and price.
We also want to mention the outstanding sales staff who were helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy which made our sales experience great.
The delivery guys were fantastic and set everything up for us which made our life so much easier.
On delivery we noticed a small spot near the cup holders where the leather had a “bump” underneath so we informed the sales team. They organised a repair guy to come out the following week who took the console apart and fixed it on the spot!
We chose this company in the first place after reading so many positive reviews about their impeccable after sales support and we totally agree!
Keep up the great work Our Furniture Warehouse and we will definitely buy from you guys again.

Loving my new sofa – Long Beach Mini (Sienna Natural) and cabinet (Byron.) I purchased these some time ago and a delay in home renovations meant that I had to push the delivery date out considerably! Lounge Lovers were fabulous about this and their communication and updates throughout the process were clear and concise.

You will definitely need some patience and grit to unpack your purchases but the plus side of that is that there was absolutely no risk of damage during transit.

I wish we never bought more furniture from Lounge Lovers!! We ordered a dining table and bookshelf from the Brontë range and the Wishbone Ark dining chairs as they looked amazing in store. Instead of enjoying these pieces, we’ve had multiple issues with quality.

Firstly, our Brontë dining table was replaced twice because of faulty manufacturing and incorrect craftsmanship. The wood split on both table ends after 6 months from when we purchased it. We barely used it mind you, looked after it and did everything that was asked of us from the company. We organised two replacements and thankfully it’s fine now. But store level KNEW about the fault and no recall was issued for ANY customers that purchased this table with the faulty manufacturing issue. The employees at the store even showed us the recall message from head office about how the table was manufactured differently from a previous and trusted process and was changed for something that clearly didn’t work. Store level noticed the table splitting for no reason too! In hindsight this should have been a warning to not trust them, but we did anyway and regret it. I have added a photo of our cracked table and the new table to notice the difference.

The Brontë Bookshelf was such a pain to assemble and in the end we needed to have two different bookshelves ordered because of awful quality. We spent $1000 and it would not assemble correctly. Our first bookshelf didn’t have pre-drilled holes in some of the shelves and the screws kept snapping in half! Screwing by hand wouldn’t work and power tools did nothing either, everything we tried would start to split the wood for no reason!! We contacted Customer Service and got a second bookshelf organised to be delivered with assembly by the delivery team included. They arrived in the evening and spent 2 hours trying to assemble it with no luck! I felt so bad because we told them how awful it was to assemble and they really tried their best. They told us the pre-drilled holes were tiny compared to the smallest recommended screw and they either wouldn’t go down more than half way or snap clean off. The wood would split if we tried to use any type of force to screw them in correctly! The delivery team said that this is a faulty manufacturing job as they’ve NEVER had a problem like this before and it needed to be investigated.

We contacted Customer Service again and it was a nightmare! They kept dismissing the issue and wouldn’t admit that something was wrong with the shelf or take accountability for faulty manufacturing. They offered me a $150 refund to keep it as is… what a joke! As if I would keep a bookshelf I spent $1000 on for 1) not being assembled, 2) incomplete shelves not screwed together, 3) wood splitting and 4) the screws snapped clean in half so it’s unstable and can’t be used?!? We decided we wanted a refund immediately to save ourselves the trouble of having faulty furniture for so much money. Even getting a refund is apparently really difficult to get from them. They refunded us the wrong amount and thought we wouldn’t notice $200 missing, they wanted to refund us less the deposit we paid. It wasn’t until I said no we want our full paid amount refunded I was assured the store would contact us and get us a refund. That never happened. We’ve waited a week and have had to go in store to get a refund today.

I’m so upset with this quality and will never buy from them again. The prices of these pieces are ridiculous compared to the quality you receive and it was so disappointing to know that we have had so much trouble with Lounge Lovers. The store service was lovely but unfortunately, it has been tainted by awful quality and we no longer trust a company that has had so many issues with quality of products and customer service.

I hope this encourages people to stay clear of their work unless they find a solution to fixing their faulty furniture.

Service was fantastic, friendly and helpful but not pushy.

Delivery wasn’t as smooth … squashed one of my sofas arms from being ratchet strapped in the truck and damaged my front door frame bringing the sofa into the house.

Berkowitz were great, sent someone out to fix the couch and offered to fix the door frame, but I will eventually get around to fixing it myself.

Would not hesitate recommending this company and would definitely buy from them again.

After much deliberation around purchasing a table for the asking price site unseen, we could not be happier with the final result.

Starting with the process. Franco was a delight to work with, he was always pro-active anon question was too much form to answer. He kept us abreast of the build all the way through so we knew when our new treasure would arrive.

Delivery of the table. I have never seen such care taken of both the object being delivered anode our house ensuring that neither were bumped or scraped. (tabletop including packing in excess of 60kg’s and around 3m in W&L.

And for the grand finale the table itself. The table, the base and every aspect is a work of art. When the substrate is powder coated all over (normally, I am used to seeing unseen surfaces left bare) you know that it is an investment of a lifetime.

All that is left is to add 10 chairs that hopefully compliment the beauty of the table.

We were building a new house and once we saw his pieces we didn’t look anywhere else. We bought all of our furniture from him, from dining to both living rooms to outdoor, even a sofa bed.

He was easy to deal with and kept in touch through the process, he was incredibly helpful, working with us to select fabrics and finishes that would match the interior design as well working through how the pieces would fit in each room.

5 stars products and service all the way. I purchased and put in the order for the Alan TV Unit, Alan sidewalk Cabinet and Stephanie Coffee table in early Sept and I received (2 of them) the Alan’s in late Sept, and the Stephanie early Nov (this was well informed on website before I submit my purchase). JW team has been really helpful and had a great system where I have received emails to update me where the furniture is, when it is arriving Aus and an estimate time it will be delivered to me. I also had some issues putting the sidewalk cupboard together. The JW team was very helpful communicating with me via emails and sending me some replacement screws to ensure I have assembled the product correctly. And the furniture (each and every one one of them) are just lovely and elegant. The quality is tip top and the finishing is just beautiful. By the way, the packaging to the products are immaculate as well where the furniture are well protected. I got the delivery person to open up the box to check for damage. Even the deliver guys commented on the packaging is very sturdy and strong. I enjoyed and love the whole experience purchasing from JW furniture. Looking at moving into a new home in 12 months and will definitely come back and shop. Well done JW. Do keep up the quality service and I notice nowadays not many other retailers provide the type of attention and service like you guys do!!! Thank you.

The communication was fantastic from start to finish. We are somewhat happy with our tv unit. It definitely brings our media room together. However, upon arrival, there were a few white dots on the cupboard doors. It just have been from the dots they put on the inner doors to show where to screw the nails. We were able to remove it with minimal damage, however, as pictured, it did not come off completely. Given how much we spent, we were expecting it to be pristine. The quality and look is great, nonetheless.

Purchased the Stephanie entertainment unit 200cm in Dark Walnut. I was hesitant at first to make the purchase sight unseen and without a phone number to contact them, however all of my emails to their customer support re product availability and colour were answered in less than 12 hours. Noting, I was emailing them after close of business hours.

The unit was delivered almost to the day of the estimated pre-order date timeframe. Unit was easy for husband to put together. I was after the dark walnut colour to match my existing furniture purchased elsewhere years earlier and it’s a perfect colour match.

Cable access from the back to inside the cabinet is only to the section where doors have open slats. As I have a lot of cabled items and powerboards I didn’t like that the cabled mess could be clearly seen when the doors were closed, so I sticky taped black cardboard from newsagent to inside of both centre doors to hide the mess inside and it looks great. In fact, I like it better with the black cardboard. See photo, one side doesn’t have the black cardboard attached yet and the other does.

I looked instore and online at well known retailers and couldn’t find anything I liked. I did a google search for ‘walnut entertainment unit’ and the search led me to JW Furniture otherwise I would have never known they existed. Very happy with product and quality, exactly what I was after.

I purchased two beds and other furniture approx 6 months ago. The side tables on one bed is puffing up and a side lamp is not installed on one bed. They sent a replacement part for the lamp which is impossible to remove and replace. We even went to the showroom to see if they can show us how to do and it was not possible for them too as it was too tight to remove. The support team takes ages to respond and they only responded after 6 weeks and numerous follow up with the sales manager. The support team are not taking any action and are brushing it away as wear and tear without any inspection by a qualified technician. Wear and tear of a 6 month old expensive product (furniture) says about its quality. The quality is inferior or seems like a defective piece as only 1 bed has this issue as yet. The support service is very poor. Hopefully someone will respond to this review and take action as I am not getting a response through the right channels.

Had a great experience at King Living! Shikha Bhogal helped us out and she was super attentive. Showed us different bed frames, an office table and outdoor setting, and got pricing and colour options for us straight away.
A few months later everything was delivered and assembled in about an hour and a half. The guys did a great job, even cleaned up and took all the cardboard with them.
Quality I would say is a lot better than other furniture places out there.
Really happy with the whole process – 5/5 from me!

The most disappointing experience.

I spent over two hours in the Adelaide showroom picking out over $30,000 worth of furniture for my new home. I was so excited with my selections. As the sales assistant was finalising my order I noticed a piece that was distinctly orange in hue. I asked the sales assistant what colour it was and she told me it was walnut. I was planning to buy walnut furniture but explained to her that I would not be satisfied with the colour of that one piece of furniture on my items. She assured me that all the staff had commented on the colour when it arrived and she stated that she would have my items replaced if they were that hue.

One week later, i asked her to provide that assurance in writing before I paid. She called me and went back on her initial assurance, advising that colour variations can occur and basically you get what you get. I did not proceed with the purchase, at which the consultant did not seemed perturbed at all, despite what I would consider to be a high value lost sale.

I’m at a loss as to why my preference for a true walnut finish couldn’t have been noted and timber selected to suit. I assume King Living uses a lot of this timber and therefore it wouldn’t be hard to accommodate my preference.

I reached out to the National Sales Manager with no response.

So buyer beware – the colour you order may not be the colour you get!!
