Absolutely satisfied with my Domus TV unit that I purchased from Australian Furniture Warehouse. The service, from sale to delivery was an excellent and the quality of the product, including the protective packaging enabled the acquisition of a first class piece of furniture at a great price. And no assembly needed was a bonus! Another Great South Australian company Thanks Guys!

We purchased the Dahlia 3 + 2 Seat Sofa and Sofa Chair and are very pleased with the comfort, quality and value for money. I accidentally ordered an item online in error and the staff were very understanding and processed the refund promptly. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

I am so impressed with the speed of the order process and the quality of the chair for the price as well as the service provided. I placed the order at 8am and was notified it was ready for collection at 10am. Two gentlemen loaded it in to my car for me. The chair is perfect and soft and comfortable.

Had an interstate purchase. The customer service and prompt email interaction was excellent. Delivery of furniture by Rob was excellent with absolutely no damage and very well packaged and loaded into my preferred room location. The furniture is fantastic quality which will last forever. Best experience ever! We went to many furniture places before this and every couch was too saggy and deep for my spine injury, but we finally found a perfect, firm couch at aussie furniture warehouse. We had great customer service there, it was very affordable, and real leather! We couldn't believe it. Very pleased with my purchase and service here.

The delivery was prompt, but unfortunately, the disappointing part was that the delivery staff were unwilling to wear shoe covers when entering the house. Thanks for your explanation. The customer service seems to be good. I give 4/5 stars.

We absolutely love our new sofas, such beautiful quality. The buying experience was seamless, our chosen sofas were on back order and we were kept updated every step of the way. I then had the pleasure of speaking with Julianne to organise delivery which was scheduled for the following week, the delivery men were on time as arranged and carefully navigated our hallway without issues. Thank you, will be shopping with AFW again!
