I went in to pick up my online order for the Switch 2. Everything was ready, but when I asked for a printed receipt, the staff said they couldn’t provide one because it takes "5–10 minutes to go through the system." Funny enough, I received the digital receipt instantly. There was no one else in the queue, so it honestly felt like they just didn’t want to bother. The excuse didn’t make sense and came across as lazy. Disappointing experience for something so simple.

I’d like to praise the outstanding support I received from Simon. I was having trouble activating my one-off purchase of Microsoft Office on a brand-new MacBook Pro. Even after following all the steps, I just couldn’t get it to work. Simon really went above and beyond — the issue wasn’t straightforward, but he patiently worked through it with deep knowledge and persistence. After several attempts, he finally resolved the problem. His dedication and expertise made all the difference. Thank you, Simon!

I had a great experience at JB in Rundle Mall. I went to buy a PS5 controller because I was having problems with stick drift on my old controllers and went up to the customer service desk in the corner and was quickly greeted. I was shown where the controllers were by an older man with a beard who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different kinds of controllers and the warranty they came with. He helped me choose a controller and even explained the warranty process, getting my details and sending me the paperwork so I could get a replacement if the same issue happened again. I would recommend shopping here, the staff are friendly and the prices are low.
