Wonderful service from Gyan. Had repaired my Google Pixel 8 Pro camera lense as I'd smashed it, within 4 hrs. Also got a new case which comes out further to add additional protection to prevent this happening again. He was easy to deal with and understood exactly what I needed when I phoned up last week. I would come back again for the great service.

I had a fabulous experience with GR Phones. My phone had stopped charging and was flat as a tack - I honestly thought I'd never get it going again and lose everything on it. The lovely lady at GR Phones had a quick look and said the charging port needed to be replaced and that she could fix it THAT DAY! Within a few hours I had a phone that was PERFECT from a charging perspective! It was $69 - a small price to pay for such a great result. She was extremely helpful, polite and professional - I note the Google Reviews show 4.9 out of 5 - I can totally see why.

What a helpful man I dealt with. My initial screen replacement wasn’t ideal, I chose the cheaper option but figured it should be ok. It ended up not performing to my expectations so it was replaced and still wasn’t happy. They were so helpful in trying to find a solution and I ended up getting the top of the range screen swapped and just paid the difference but it was so easy to deal with them and they were just super helpful. My new screen is as good as new!
