I was diagnosed with lumbar stenosis. I could not stand for more than two minutes. The pain was excruciating and would go down my right leg and hip. I honestly thought I could not walk again. I was told that I need to get a surgery to remove part of the disc. I cannot thank my physiotherapist, Mat enough. He made a big difference and improvement in my lower back within my first couple of visits. If you have stenosis, you would know bad it can get. Today would be roughly 2 months of me seeing Mat and getting the treatment and I feel amazing. I can walk normally and my stenosis have reduced by a lot let’s say it’s non existent. I can live normally. Thank you mat. You have made a big impact.

Cuong Pham, was very knowledge and took care to help my wife with her extreme back pain, she was blown away by his communication and left feeling amazing. Definitely would recommend anyone who wants to feel connected from the first appointment.

I've had many sports injuries and always come to see physio Cuong Pham. He provided great treatment and advice on exercises and stretches required outside of the clinic. He is super friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Be prepared to be challenged and inspired. The room is spotless and all the equipment is in great condition, the atmosphere is calming and focused. All the instructors are highly trained, friendly and tough! Love this place!
