Just been into the store to purchase a few items. What a beautiful place you can find everything you need for a thriving aquarium. This place has fish,water plants, pumps, fish food what every you need. It’s unbelievable. Service excellence staff who are very knowledgeable helpful and friendly. Plenty of car parking around the side street and at the front of shop except during Clearway times Highly recommend this place. Go in you will not regret.

Exceptional Service and Great Deals at Seaview Aquarium!

I recently ordered a CO2 kit for my aquarium from Seaview Aquarium, and I have to say, I’m beyond impressed! Not only was the kit the best deal I could find anywhere online, but I was also amazed at how quickly it arrived. I placed my order and received it overnight — all the way from Adelaide to New South Wales!

The whole experience was seamless. The kit arrived in perfect condition, and I could tell the quality was top-notch. It’s rare to find such excellent service combined with unbeatable prices. I’ve been setting up my aquarium with confidence, thanks to Seaview Aquarium’s fantastic service and products.

I’ll definitely be shopping here again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for aquarium supplies. Very, very pleased!

I found this little gem of a place whilst browsing through online reef aquarium forums that I frequent and I’m a member of.

I was particularly interested in purchasing live coral and although Seaview don’t offer live coral sales through their website I then reached out directly to the store where I found yet another gem…her name is Mariah!

Mariah went above and beyond to answer any questions I had about the available stock that I was interested in, whether it was about colour, size, genus, origin or price. Photos and videos of the stock were sent to me by her for confirmation, all the while, whilst serving customers in the shop at the same time, and let me tell you I was very impressed! There’s many coral to choose from, prices are very competitive and quality is A++++ regardless of your budget.

We compiled a shopping basket, a large one as it turned out, and it was so so easy to deal with someone that cares about her customers. Her knowledge and love for the industry was amazing, oh and the livestock is to die for!

I’ve never set foot in this store as I live in Sydney, but since dealing with Seaview I am going to plan a trip just to visit them, and maybe haul home more coral

The best aquarium store in town for expertise and range. They have a three day return if your fish die unexpectedly, ask for conditions which are simple enough. They have gotten even better recently as they have expanded and now have new rooms for tanks, outdoor, marine, invertebrates, cold water & reptiles.

Always very friendly and helpful. Our favourite place for our 5month old pup!! Food, treats, goggles, bed..everything you need and top quality!! Dog wash an added bonus!

This has always been the place for me to buy my last two dogs requirements, until today. My greyhound has a special food due to an oesophagus issue which is expensive but a cash back is provided for the next purchase. That was until today. The price for a 12kg bag was $239 in line with previous occasions but a cash back is no longer provided plus I couldn’t use the previous cash back. They mentioned they were happy to price match.
If Petstock is not going to provide me a decent price up front, why should I continue to shop there? Why should I spend time on the computer at home before going to Petstock and tell them I can get it cheaper and then waste time why they check to see that my information has not been fabricated?
Looks like Petstock has lost a very longstanding and until now happy customer. (And most of the staff knew my dog by name, he was a popular boy)

Lovely service from the girls at this store.
They were the only store that had a product I wanted and had to travel over an hour to get it.
They were accomodating and such an easy transaction.

Petbarn and petstock pretty well the same, this is a medium size pets stock they do not have grooming but generally helpful, standard pet stock can’t go wrong.

Shout out to the amazing staff! Super friendly, cheerful and helpful. Great work team!

Absolute nightmare. I could not think of anything worse than having to deal with this company. On more than one occasion they have messed up the order and we have waited and waited for it to arrive, saying it’s been dispatched only to find that it was never sent in the first place. Once it was delivered to the post office where it sat for 1 week, before we were notified. Not happy.

I have contacted customer service a couple times now already with zero resolution.
Initially, i made contact to bring the repeat delivery forward- staff unable to initiate this only offered instructions to log into account and do self.
The thing I’m most upset about,is being left waiting, thinking the feed/ order is on the way. Why not reach out and contact us if there is an issue, instead of letting us sit and wait thinking that the food is on its way? If I had known the order was never sent I would have made alternative arrangements. ‍♀️

Prior to head into Petbarn I had a good idea what I needed for my doggo, but had doubt in my mind, as soon as I walked into Melrose Park Store I felt immediately welcomed, a young lady approached me & asked if I needed help, I asked for the product I wanted then raised my concern, & she listened w care, & acknowledged what I raised, her wealth of knowledge regarding endless amounts of products, in the end she helped me make a decision I was looking for & my doubt? Dealt with two staff members today concerning getting an exchange for a product that had been unfortuntely, compromised through no fault of myself.

They both had a pleasant and respectful air about them, it’s always refreshing to deal with staff/a store manager of this calibre.

Mat Michael the fish guy and he was so good deal with. learnt a lot about keeping fish healthy in an aquarium. would definitely go back.

Came in 15 minutes before closing with my pup to quickly get her a coat and some treats for her first birthday. The staff were absolutely amazing. All fawning over her, helping her pick a toy and some treats. Even found me a pet friendly birthday cake for her! Pup loved being centre of attention and her little coat is now part of her identity as she tells me off whenever I try to remove it. Frequent customer at this petbarn and will continue for many years!

Staff is very knowledgeable, kind and courteous the prospect location is extremely clean and has parking and wide sidewalks accessibility for my dog. The Isles are wide So even my little puppy cannot snatch things off the shelves they do have certain high-value treats located above his head in baskets which makes it a lot less stressful to go shopping there. Thanks to the team who have always been awesome.

Sufficient parking, convenient access to other shops. This Petbarn has a great range of products, bigger than other Petbarn shops. In general, Petbarn staff all over Adelaide are really helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately when it comes to business 1 bad experience takes away from the positives, the staff we encountered yesterday were bubbly and happy to help, which was the complete opposite of the young blonde female staff member from today. We were in hoping to purchase a 120ltr tank set, my husband had to ask her if she could please come and have a look as when he asked what was included in the starter kit she just vaguely replied she wasn’t sure (not I’ll find out, I’ll read the box, nothing!). Her attitude didn’t improve when she came over and I then asked her a question which was totally ignored. We ended up just leaving because I would rather set fire to my money than spend it there by that point. We dialled Pet Barn Hendon and received great, professional customer service, so will travel there from now.

I have been buying my frozen rats/mice for my python here for years. The produce is very clean and packed well. The prices are very good and the service is informative, friendly and prompt. I couldn’t ask for more .

I’d like to advise all manufacturers of pet care products that there’s a real gap in the market for palatable LIQUID Flea and Worm treatments to mix with food for particularly CATS who won’t tolerate tablets or topical alternatives. The only liquid wormer is for kittens and puppies and for fleas on cats a treated collar. I don’t think my cat is the only one in this CATegory, (pardon )

Quite a large store and the staff are very helpful, friendly, and passionate. They seem to have answers and help on any question you can ask! There is a good range of fresh pet food in the fridges and a large range of fish. Even covers some of your rarer animals like reptiles with terrariums and also hermot crabs. A dog wash as wel!!

Took the girls for their 1st visit to the wash station at Petstock, we were all amazed at the experience and what all the station offered.. Moms happy, girls not so impressed!! Had to get treats for afterwards!!

Walked in to see an abundance of choices. Wether you’re got a big pet, small pet or aquatic pet, PETstock Allenby Gardens has everything. There was even an edible house for small pets, how cool! Super cheat prices in comparison to other competitors, make sure you check this place out before you purchase anything! Will be recommending to anyone who has a pet or is looking to get one. Staff are super friendly and eager to express their knowledge and love for animals!

My dogs get the best of everything, food, toys, water bowls, slow eating bowls, pest treatments, walking leads they have it all and much more, plenty if parking, it has an easy 3 way entry exit, do your favourite pet a favour and visit this place

Rabbits for sale (bad) and kept in fish tanks (inhumane)! I went to get hay today and was horrified! You can do better and you know it! Why not partner with the Animal Welfare League, RSPCA or Binky Collective to find rabbits their forever homes?
Selling small cages and hutches isn’t on either. Rabbits need space. Would you keep your dog or cat in them? It’s the same.
Please, please, please do better. You have so much potential. Customers want to support small and local businesses, but you’ve lost a customer until you improve.
For those looking for rabbits as pets, please do your homework! Adopt and don’t shop.

Best place to get all your supplies for your pets, staff are friendly and very helpful. Found the cutest little guy there during my first visit, and now I only go there for all my pet’s needs.

Absolutely amazing service & experience. Excellent location with ample easy parking. This is a very clean and well organised store with an excellent layout making shopping very easy and enjoyable.

There is a huge range of products and animals at this location. All animals including multiple reptiles, fish, birds, guinea pigs, rabbits were healthy, well kept and maintained with excellent enclosures. It is obvious that the care of these species is of a very high standard and is a credit to all staff involved.

The variety of stock is impressive as is the uniqueness of stock. If you are looking for something special and unique for your pet/s then I highly recommend Pets Everywhere! They definitely have the WOW factor!

Every Petbarn Dougal (1.5 y/o Wheaten Scottie x Mini Poodle) and I (38 y/o Irish-German human) have visited has been pretty ace—but the team at Mile End is next level. The staff are always cheerful (or at least rock a solid “retail face”), super knowledgeable, and happy to offer advice. They always ask before giving Dougal a treat— I sneak one for myself when they’re not looking.

What really stands out is how they’ve gone above and beyond—more than once staying back a few minutes after closing so I could collect an order when work ran late. That kind of service is NOT expected, but it’s greatly appreciated.

Retail can be tough, and it’s totally fair not to go the extra mile every day. So the fact that the Mile End crew consistently go above and beyond really says something. Dougal and I are big fans..

They only sell the 3KG Purina Pro Plan, I wanted 7KG, and I was able to get it from Pet Circle Company instead. There was an older lady there that was somewhat rude/ passive aggressive towards me as I asked if they sold 7KG bag of Purina Pro Plan, however I found that the male staffer cashier was well informed/ educated about the high end class products(Hills science, Purina Pro, and Royal Canin).
The products I now purchase come from Pet Circle and not pet barn. 4/5 stars

The young woman her served us was fantastic. Rang earlier to see if they sold the calming dog beds. She had 3 waiting for us when we arrived. Definately should be a treasured employee!!

Rescue Kelly loves her new Boat to Bowl Aussie Fish treats. And I love them because Kelly comes, sits and rolls over on command while the dog treats themselves are 100% Australian Made and a sustainable food source and very healthy fish snack for my bestie!

My unruly and belligerent mixed breed dog (GSD, Kelpie, Rotty, Ridge Back) has always been difficult to train. Food has never been a focus for him and he’s not been swayed by dog treats ….. until recently. I bought a B2B Variety Bundle to test the full suite of fish types. I opened the mackerel bites in front of him and the smell immediately got his attention and he actually came and sat anxiously in front of me like I’ve been trying to train him to do for years. What a wonderful concept to eliminate waste by utilising the fisheries’ by-catch in this dog treat. Highly ethical in both and environmental and economical sense. At over 60% protein for some of the range, nutritionally this product is a real gem.

We saw Boat to Bowl at a dog centre open day.
Blitzen, our dog, was introduced to the Mackerel bites. He could not get enough of them.
We decided to get a mixed show bag with Straps, Sardines and bites to go home with.
So much was Blitzen’s enjoyment that they have become part of his training and nightly meal. Wet and dry toppped with greek yoghurt and a Sardine from Boat to Bowl. Or, Bites and treats for a job well done.
Our fellow is a fussy eater, but the Sardines are always first to go.

Great product and great service. Made several purchases directly from Boat to Bowl and been happy every time. Even had a minor issue that was no fault of Nick’s but he resolved it that day. Most importantly, my dog and his sensitive belly love them!

I am a dog trainer and I love the Fish Skin Straps. They are great for power chewers! I tested them on several dogs and they lasted between 20-40 minutes. The Mackerel is a great all round treat and I am yet to find a dog who doesn’t like it. The Sardine Treats are nice and crunchy, a nice treat. The Sardine and Tuna training treats are a great motivator as they have a smell that drives the dogs wild!

I like the business ethos. Finding fish treats that are produced in a sustainable and ethical way is brilliant. I loved the products so much I have started selling them to my customers. Nick, the owner of the business is fantastic to deal with.

In short, I highly recommend Boat to Bowl both to dog owners and business owners wanting to retail the products.

Friendly staff. I do always have to manually search for better prices and prompt the operator to price match. I normally find things almost $10 cheaper online. I have had some positive experiences with staff who will look for the best price without me having to ask which is nice.
