Friendly staff. I do always have to manually search for better prices and prompt the operator to price match. I normally find things almost $10 cheaper online. I have had some positive experiences with staff who will look for the best price without me having to ask which is nice.

We were very impressed with the course. Ben provided a wonderful learning space where everyone felt welcome and included. He was extremely knowledgeable and calmly helped us managed puppy behavior in a positive, caring way. We were surprised at how much we had progressed by Graduation Night. I would definitely recommend this training to any new puppy parent.

I like the store; everyone is friendly. Excellent customer service and a good selection of dog food and toys. I was there with two dogs, and they helped me find the food I was looking for and carry it to the car. They were very nice to the dogs, and we even had a few samples that my dogs enjoyed.
