I had an excellent experience at the OPSM on North Tce today. There was no waiting time, and the eye test was efficient, thorough, and clearly explained. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when it came to choosing the right frames. Great customer service all around, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
The people at the store are great. I get also excellent advice from Kevin, which has a measurable impact on my use of glasses and getting them just right. Getting it wrong is such a compromise. I go to this store in the hope that he will assist me.
As mentioned, have been going there for YEARS and have always had very friendly service. You would be hard pressed to find better than KC Tan.

Kevin was really professional when I approached to get a new pair of glasses when my frame cracked. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into making and purchases and he treated me with respect and real warmth. The optometrist was professional and nice as well. (Also my frame got replaced for free.)
