Charlie is an excellent optometrist and really takes his time to test and explain everything. Jackie is brilliant and really looks after customers, she really know what she is doing. Alexi is great at making the most minute adjustments to the frames to make sure that they fit just right. Great service and experience overall.

I had a poor experience purchasing glasses from this clinic. When I first arrived, they performed an eye exam and concluded that my left eye was at 0.00 and my right eye at 0.25. After about 30 minutes, the doctor prescribed my glasses. I was clear that I needed them for computer use to reduce eye strain. After 12 days, they called me to pick up the glasses. However, when I tried them on, I noticed a shadow around lights, no matter the distance. This was very distracting and even caused me to feel dizzy. When I explained this issue, they scheduled another appointment with the doctor to recheck the prescription. Then, they told me that to fix the problem, I would need an anti-reflective coating for an additional $130. I was frustrated because I had specifically asked for glasses to protect my eyes while working at a computer, and they should have informed me about this option from the start. On top of that, the customer service was disappointing. One of the staff members, a young woman whose name I can’t remember, was not professional and didn’t treat me kindly, which added to the negative experience. Overall, I would not recommend this clinic if you’re looking for knowledgeable guidance and good customer service.

Went there to change the eyepads of my glasses today. The lady at the counter seated me and started working on it immediately. After a short while, she came back with a pair of squeaky clean glasses. It felt like new and didn't cost me anything. Impressed by the service, gonna come here for my next pair of glasses!!
