Dr Nick Brook is very experienced, full of knowledge, and a very compassionate person. I’ve been struggling with kidney issues since birth and I can confidently say Dr Nick is one of the best urologists I’ve ever met. I’ve had three kidney surgeries with him over the past month and from the first appointment I knew I’m in good hands! He explained everything many times, discussing every single detail with me so I was completely comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process. Before every surgery, he would have a chat with me just outside the operating room, calming me down and answering all of my endless questions. All the steps of the three procedures were made clear from the beginning. His staff is very friendly and caring too. Dr Nick, I can’t thank you enough for your efforts and everything you’ve done to help me. Finally, I’m pain free!! I had a great experience Nick. From the start, he was friendly, professional, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. He explained everything in a way that made sense and answered all my questions without rushing. I felt comfortable and confident in his care. The staff was also great—everyone was welcoming and helpful. I definitely recommend Nick.

My biggest regret is that I didn’t find this urologist earlier as I’ve had numerous problems over the past 10 years and saw another urologist which I began to doubt after all the problems I was having. After recommendation from my friend who had been cared by Dr. Brooks I decided to see him, to get a second opinion on a major surgery recommended by my old urologist. He actually cared about my situation and thoroughly investigated the problem I was having by beginning with past history to the present situation. Luckily Nick saved me from major surgery which was falsely diagnosed by my old urologist. I can’t thank you enough. Highly professional highly caring and I highly recommend his service. His staff is friendly and the whole experience was the best. I cannot thank him any more than what I already have. Thanks Nick. Keep up the good work.

I approached Nick Brook with some concerns following the after effects of a Vasectomy I had in a different country. He patiently listened to my concerns, and was able to put my mind at rest, with no further treatment required.
