I started weekly PT sessions with Mary hoping to build strength and ease chronic daily pain from a back injury. I felt so much safer knowing she brings both physio and personal training expertise, and also love that she specialises in mid-life women’s health and fitness. Within just a few months, I noticed a huge reduction in my daily pain (which I'd experienced for almost 10 years), and I’m genuinely surprised at what I’m now able to do. I feel stronger, fitter and more confident and safe in my body. Mary is a calm yet encouraging presence, and working with her has not only helped me build strength but also given me the knowledge to safely do extra workouts at home. Couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I loved Mary's Strength Challenge so much. This is the first challenge I've done that started at the level I was at (basically zero) and allowed me to progress at my own pace. I loved this, and never once thought about skipping a workout. I highly recommend.

Mary is so helpful and knowledgeable. I love watching her on socials as her approach to fitness in midlife is achievable and motivating. Her course didn’t fail to impress. I found the workouts challenging but I could change them to suit my needs on the day. Mary is very responsive to videos that I sent to check my technique, what a great service, so helpful! Loved my 4 week challenge

I've recently signed up for Mary's online strength program and am just absolutely loving it 🙂 It's very flexible and "doable" - I've managed the 3 recommended workouts a week for nearly 3 weeks with no issues. She provides options and modifications for every situation and I can already feel the benefits. Well worth it!!!

Cannot recommend Mary highly enough. I needed a PT who I could trust, having had multiple orthopaedic surgeries over the years. You really are in safe hands! Mary explains and demonstrates everything really well, giving you such confidence in the training. After years of not trusting in my strength and ability I am feeling so much better. The training is functional, safe and challenging in a great environment....everything you want it to be.

Mary has been amazing! Can’t recommend her highly enough as a PT. I have had chronic back pain for years and have never really done any strength training.
