Don’t even waste your time seeing Denby Steele, Rude and makes you feel like you’re wasting his time. Wasn’t interested that my father has prostrate cancer and I was seeing him as a precautionary check over. Major God Complex and needs to be held accountable for his delivery and demeanor.

Expect poor time management from Dr Steele. Despite booking an appointment, the wait time was in excess of 30 minutes. Time management is a basic clinical skill and your time should also be respected. However it has to be noted that wait times in other private practices also exceed what’s normal. You can also expect a healthy dose of arrogance and condescending questioning if your health concern is somehow vague or obscure to Dr Steele. Once you have overcome the above, you will be provided with a clear and evidence based opinion on where to go next. To an extent… as Dr Steele may also suggest an invasive procedure despite there being no history of symptoms that would warrant going in that direction. It would also be wise to request or just close the door behind you as your enter. Dr Steele has a tendency not to keep his patient conversations private so while you are waiting for your appointment in the waiting room, you may hear another fellow patient’s story including their treatment, previous procedure and how they are going. Respecting your privacy is your basic medical privilege. So, good luck!
