My appointment was delayed by an hour. It is good practice to send a text message to the patient if the doctor is more than 30 minutes late and give the option to cancel or reschedule the visit via the link in the SMS. The second visit was quick and pleasant. The vaccination went well, I received answers to all questions. My son spent time in the children's room and got lolipop.

I had very great experience first time going there with Dr. Malene. The staff on that day was nice and friendly. However, the second time I went there for blood test was very bad. The staff wasn't willing to give me any information (it's my first time doing blood test there). Worst than that, he didn't do job properly for booking appointment for me. I kept getting auto message asking me to book appointment even on the day of my appointment so I called to ask them turns out there's no record. What if I already arrived there? Waste of time. At least do your job properly if you can't have service-minded.

Staff member Anna seems to really care! Dutifully followed up my query and promptly phoned back with information that no one else seemed to have. Thanks Anna!

I'm a UniSA staff member, and like many of us - I entrust this clinic with my health. I have only visited this clinic a couple of times, and I am really happy with how bright and open the waiting area and reception is. The reception staff are friendly and caring, and I can see there is a lot of effort put into ensuring it is an open and accepting environment. Dr Thomas and Toni are amazing people who do deliver an exceptional standard of care to their patients. I'm really happy to have this clinic available to me. Just be aware that the nearest pharmacy is the Terry White Chemist in the RAH. 🙂

Excellent. Been attending for well over five years now (pre flu) and have found them to be very well, very decent people. As someone with outstandingly serious trust issues I feel very ok with them. Only be realistic. Any place seeing people is going to run over time. Its people. It happens. Its the world.

Highly recommend this clinic for general practice, allied health and other medical services. Particular thanks must go to the male nurse who took the time to calmly and clearly guide my decision to take my son to the hospital for a comprehensive assessment of his symptoms. Greatly appreciated.
