My heartfelt thanks and huge shoutout to the RN who removed my IUD today after multiple doctors had refused to. Thank you for upholding my human rights to make decisions about my own body.
Need some more customer service with clear expectations around performance of specific tests for certain cohorts. Just don’t plan a visit in a busy day and be aware that paperwork and an interview will be conducted before doing a cervical screening, and you may be directed to do old Pap smear anyways. Probably better to go to your usual GP that have your file if you want it done quickly.
All staff are lovely and very comfortable environment with spaces that are more private and confidential. Love my main doctor at the moment Dr Tessa Moody so I am vouching for her big time. Very thorough and always makes sure that everything is taken care of, so polite and an amazing listener. All staff seem so warm and compassionate, and there are a large range of services available, meaning I'm able to go into the building for majority of my appointments regarding medical support, even mental support! Thanks to Hyde Street practice, been loyal there for approximately 3 or 4 years now and couldn't recommend enough!
The staff at Shine SA Hyde St are amazing. Just had am appointment with Dr Natalie, she is very thorough and explains everything in detail and let's you know recommendations and asks for your input as well. Great, great clinic.
I have been seeing Dr Natnalie for a couple of years now, she has always shown empathy and understanding no matter the situation and is always willing to go above and beyond with any issue that I have come to her with. It's so refreshing to be able to see such a good doctor who actually cares and is willing to put in the time to get to the bottom of any issue you're having. We need more doctors like Dr Nat!
