We would like to express our gratitude to the whole team who has been helping us with our son. Our speech pathologist Angel Leung ,has been a great help , our son is learning and enjoys every session with her. She is very patient and great with kids. She also makes sure that we parents, understand every intervention/interaction that she does with our son. We can see progress on our son’s developmental skills (speech). Our Key worker Xiaozhen (Jen) Wang , have been also a great help. She is very organised and supportive not only to our son but also to us, parents as well. Always gives strategies on how we can support our son’s developmental needs. She makes our journey manageable and less stressful. We are just thankful and always grateful that we have a great team . We have been with everyday independence for probably 2 and a half years. My little person is now 5 and we have had the same key worker Keren for almost this entire time. She’s incredible. She goes above and beyond, is always available for questions and is so kind. Having someone help me understand my child’s autism and development delay and coordinating our therapies in the best way for my little person is a game changer. She makes our lives so much easier and couldn’t recommend her and everyday independence more

Very disappointed, for the past 16 months we had 6 key workers who would resign from the company and a new one would come on board. The handover was shocking , each new key worker had to start from the beginning. They spent so much of our funding and provided no service . Our son sadly has the same challengers with limited improvements due to the poor commitment of staff. My biggest regret is not leaving sooner . Be careful if you choose everyday independence.

Everyday Independence has been very easy to deal with, great communication, reminder services and great access to different specialist in OT, speech, music therapy that my son has needed access. My son and I were lucky enough to be paired up Keren Hayes from Everyday Independence as his key worker and words simply cannot explain how much impact Keren has had in my son’s life. Her professionalism, experience, friendliness, follow through and hands on experience has really improved my son’s life. My son in non verbal and has cerebral palsy, autism and ADHD and he’s had to overcome a lot of adversity in his life so far and Keren has really helped with this. She is experienced in sign language, communication apps and device knowledge. She has made social stories to help my son’s anxiety with changes in his life. Music is my son’s language and Kerens teaching background in Music has been priceless to my son’s learning experience. The relationship she has built with him is beautiful and their connection allows him to learn and experience things differently. I highly recommend using their services and if I could rate 10 stars I would.

Keren is the best support worker! I highly recommend her as a support worker for your child/children. She’s so kind and understanding toward us. My son was completely nonverbal for almost 3 and half years! Now he can say little words thanks to Keren. Everyday independent are a great services.

We are currently accessing services through the early intervention scheme with our key worker being Tatum A. She has been absolutely wonderful to work with, very friendly and accommodating to mine and my daughters needs. Very passionate about helping anyone out which is great to see. I have already recommended her name to a few of my friends whose children have been recently diagnosed Highly recommend her and the team at everyday independence. From Marlee and Sienna

Rhian has been so great in assisting us with our son who is on spectrum and has substantial needs. She provides some tips on how to deal with our boy and she will respond on our querries immediately. She helped form a team that will support and help implement positive behaviour for our son. Overall i am happy to endorse sevices from Everyday Independence.
