Sam was amazing with our 4 year old as he conducted her hearing tests. I’ve had extensive experience working alongside allied health professionals and he was absolutely outstanding. He had a playful and friendly approach that made my child feel comfortable during the session. Sam was more than happy to answer any questions I had and was prompt with his reporting and referrals. Would highly recommend.

The receptionist/administrator tried really hard to fit us in and was very kind. The audiologist was wonderful, really engaging and funny for our 6 year old, who was nervous. Good technology and explanations as well as follow up. Thank you team!
We met audiologist Tom; he made all the tests for my son. It was really fun and enjoyable, which was a memorable experience for my son. Tom was a kindhearted person, and he explained everything to me, so I got a clear understanding of it all. He promptly sent the report to relevant parties and did his best to help us. Appreciated your support, Tom. In addition, Elizabeth was really kind, and she called me several times for follow-ups. Excellent service. Highly Recommended
