Dr. Jehan Titus

Dr Titus saw me when there was a question about PSA levels getting elevated. I was seen very promptly, biopsy done soon after, and on in the system at the RAH straight away. He is a highly competent and experienced medical specialist, explains things clerly, and doesn't mess around.! Unlike many he also visits regional areas, which is a huge benefit for remote patients, and a big commitment by him. He's of immense value to our state, and we're so fortunate to have such talent working with us.

My husband had a procedure under Dr Titus and has been very happy with it. Dr Titus was always happy to answer any questions and his staff at the front desk and on the phone were brilliant to work with. Although we got a shock at first with the price of the procedure to be paid in advance, the Finance Manager at Dr Titus office was able to walk us through how to claim from Medicare and our Private Health to get the best financial outcome.

I had a Skype appointment with dr Titus. I had previously had a urine flow test. He was very rude and plainly stated I didn’t need a surgeon etc. I ended the Skype. He did call me and apologise the next ( Saturday morning) day . I had an impromptu phone appointment at that time, then had urine tests to check if I had sny issues. I rang his office to ask about details of another scheduled Skype appointment, and his receptionist was near blunt and not particularly helpful. I’m not willing to pay people that don’t treat patients/customers better than that , so will presume my tests didn’t reveal anything bad ! I don’t deem it necessary to pay for and tie up a doctor’s time if it’s not necessary, and certainly not when I receive unsatisfactory treatment.

Charges exorbitantly and talks a lot (mostly about his own family and problems). Claimed a 100% success rate for Brachytherapy treatment for Prostate cancer, but I 8 years after my treatment, I still have Prostate Cancer. I am thinking of requesting back the $8,000 I had to pay up-front for this failed procedure.

Late 2022/early 2023 I was diagnosed with 'Aggressive Prostate' cancer PSA 11.9 and thanks to Dr. Jehan Titus performing the treatment "BRACHY therapy" - today --06/12/2024, a PSA of 0.07 I feel great and thankful,fully recommend this procedure. Don Mitchell/Berri

Was referred by my local GP . Over three appointments, cystoscopy and pathology came up with a missed diagnosis of bladder cancer. Would I recommend this specialist? Absolutely no way . Ask your doctor to refer you to someone else who is competent. Didn't care apart from being paid before I left the the rooms. Speak to me before you see this Doctor and save your life . If I could give this review minus 5 stars I would. I would also go as far to say this doctor was incompetent. Totally rude and was just interested in being paid before I left . Stay away

Very happy with level of compassion and prompt and effective manner he dealt with both urgent and non urgent situations. Admired and greatly appreciated his confidence to offer alternative (not more profitable!) options that ended up with excellent results.
