A super professional organisation, really happy friendly staff and practitioners. I always felt safe and comfortable to give out my details and sensitive medical information to them and they kept me in the loop every step of the way. The Medicare rebate came through very quickly after my final appointment within 1-2 days of the report being sent. Which was nice to be able to use those funds without being out of pocket for long.

Dr Aviva Capuello hosted my appointment. I was delighted with her professionalism and ability to conduct her assessment but also listen to what I was saying and understand me. I can't speak highly enough of her and would recommend Dr Aviva to anyone seeking professional services. I will seek to engage with her again. My experience with Akkadian has been amazing and beyond helpful.

I had a very positive experience with Akkadian Health. My first appointment was with a lovely mental health nurse Jessica Walsh and she took me through the process and made it smooth and easy to understand, and she was supportive throughout. Then I had my psychiatrist appointment with Dr Aviva Capelluto who was wonderful. Dr Aviva guided me through the appointment and supported me emotionally and encouraged me to share my experiences, while also reminding me to be kind to myself and thanked me for sharing with her which was very nice to hear. She also set out a future plan for me with my ADHD diagnosis and guided me through the steps I need to take involving my type 1 diabetes which is hugely important and I couldn’t thank her enough for providing me with a positive experience. I was so nervous going into the appointment. But I really felt as though all bases were covered, I felt understood for once in my life and listened to. Dr Aviva had a very holistic outlook and I thank her for taking the time and for really educating me on the importance of managing co existing issues in my life along with my new diagnosis in a holistic view. Whenever I contacted the clinic I was responded to promptly and I would reccommend akkadian and especially Dr Aviva. Thank You

Such a supportive network of people. Psychiatrist I had was extremely wonderful and I feel lighter having used their services. Easy to get in to - short wait times and experienced people who genuinely want to help. Highly recommend.
