Money back guarantee apparently does not mean that at all.
I saw James for months. I told him at the first session money is an issue for me. I asked if I could see anyone cheaper than him personally. He quickly says that he is the only one with the experience to manage this. I had asked the receptionist maybe I see James for a consult and then see someone cheaper for follow up? Apparently this wasn't possible.
In the first session James says yep, we should be able to fix you in 2 or 3 sessions. In the second session he says yep, should be able to fix you within 6 months.
And then when I am no better after months of treatment, and ask about this money back guarantee, I am given the runaround for TWO MONTHS, and then denied because "James noted improvement". Oh the guy making the money says I'm getting better? I'm not any better James! Hope you sleep well at night taking advantage of people!
