I am deeply disappointed by the service I experienced today. Upon my arrival at 1:55 PM, the staff member on duty displayed an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. Despite my timely request, she delayed my order for several minutes, claiming that she was "waiting for the nachos to finish cooking." Moments later, she refused to serve me entirely, stating that her shift ended at 2 PM. After serving my friend before me she proceeded to scrape the remnants from the side of the serving tray which was completely dry, rather than providing a fresh portion. The lack of courtesy and unwillingness to assist a customer was very disappointing. I expect far better service from an establishment of this standard.

Zambrero Rundle Mall offers a healthy option in a pub and burger dominated eat strip. The service was prompt and friendly. Ordered a burrito and burrito bowl. Everything really fresh however lamb lacked flavour. Plenty of seating options both inside and out. Tables a tad sticky. A filling option that supports charity meals.

Yummy, filling and healthy food. I got there at 2pm and it was empty, the young gentleman serving me was very professional and friendly. He was efficient with my order too. The burrito I had was very filling and tasted great. I was suprised it was empty. The athmosphere when walking in wasn’t very inviting. It looked a bit messy and dirty. This was the only downside. Otherwise great spot for a good take away. 14$ for a burrito that definitely fills you up is more than fair. If you are in the area and don’t want to go to a pub then this is a good spot.

A friend and I just got a burrito and nachos from here. My friend has autism and is vegetarian, it was their first time at zambreros. Chloe was very accommodating and provided a lot of insight with multiple options, also helping by informing of what popular options were. Chloe was very patient and still managed to provide quick and beyond adequate service. Making the interaction a lot easier for those with dietary needs or disabilities :).

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Zambrero consistently delivers fresh, flavourful meals with a great variety of healthy options. The service is fast and friendly, and the ingredients are always high quality. It's a go-to spot for a satisfying and nutritious meal. Highly recommended!

Went at 2:30 8th June The red haired girl working here deserves a raise. Great customer service. She made us a lovely meal in minutes.

JUST ATE THE BEST BURRITO OF MY LIFE! awesome person serving me had a septum & lip piercing & made me the best burrito i’ve consumed. they let me know there was no cheese which was a bummer but turns out burritos taste awesome without cheese & with love instead. big up the homie that made the burrito, loaded me up with jalapeños & a full belly. rundle st zambreros still holds up as my fave zambies venue. no photos cuz i ate it all yum
