John called to fix our beloved Miele Dishwasher that had been giving F11 errors. He was prompt efficient and fixed the problem quickly. We had cleaned the dishwasher to eliminate any blockages in the machine but he quickly found a blockage in the drain tubes. He also gave us hints on how to continue to keep the dishwasher in top notch condition. I would highly recommend Wise Appliance Service. My experience could not have been better! I was told by a plumber that my dishwasher needed to be replaced, advised by another company that the earliest appointment was in two weeks and someone else charged twice the call out rate and wanted payment in cash. I struck gold when I rang Wise Appliance Service! The young man came out within a couple of hours, was very knowledgeable and communicative and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

I couldn’t be happier with the service that was provided. I called at 8am this morning due to an old oven no longer heating up properly, which was promptly fixed by Val who replaced the old heating element with a new one. To get same day service, at that quality, and at a very reasonable price point, I am thrilled and couldn’t recommend highly enough. I will definitely bookmark Wise Appliances should I need similar services in the future.

Kareem arrived on time. He was polite and found the blockage on our Electrolux washing machine. He took videos of faults and he tested the cycles to ensure machine was working. He explained how to clean the filter regularly and how to use the various cycles of the machine including just using spin cycle. I was very satisfied with his service.

Just had our dishwasher fixed today. The technician (sorry, forgot his name!) was great- had the problem identified and fixed in no time, and gave lots of really great advice on how to care for our dishwasher. Will definitely use again! (Hoping not to need to, but...!)

I rang Wise Appliance Service seeking help to replace a seal on our Samsung washing machine. Based on my experience, I will use Wise again should a need arise, and recommend them to others. From my phone call to them, to information provided including arrival time, to completing the job to my satisfaction including cleaning up afterwards, to advising re ongoing usage I rate the experience as outstanding.
