UNIQLO Rundle Myer Centre

Just got 6 pairs of ankle socks, for 30 dollars, the quality it's amazing, cannot compere them with any others that I have tried so far, just amazing quality at a convenient price, I will definitely go back. And an innovative and fast paying system, this store it's fantastic!

It faces the main street of the Rundle Mall. You will not miss it. They stock more products than the Burnside store. I could find a sweater from multiple colours at a discounted price here. What they stock is different to what the online store does. Some items that weren't available online were available at the shop. Uniqlo's clothes are reliable and durable. I have a fleece jacket that has been worn over 10 years.

5 stars to Sue who went above and beyond to help me find the jumper I wanted. She hunted for it in the change rooms and storeroom because it wasnt on the shelves (where it should have been). Thansk too to Uniqlo for exchanging my item after the 30 day period. Much appreciated!

Not sure whats gone wrong recently, but their material selection for pants and shorts are terrible. They wrinkle so easily, and age very quickly. The styling is also hit or miss. A shame because everything else I've tried is very good quality.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at UNIQLO. When I asked a staff member about a product, they responded with a condescending smirk and even rolled their eyes. As a customer, I was truly shocked and felt deeply disrespected. It’s unacceptable for any service-oriented business to treat people this way. I will no longer be purchasing anything from UNIQLO, nor will I be returning to this store.

I love this store and normally staff are very friendly and helpful but I need to share what has happened to me twice in the past ten days. There is a guy at the fitting room area named Yahya. I wanted to know if there was a smaller size of a dress that I’d tried and his answer was go online and check if there is another size in this store or look for it in another branch. I couldn’t believe my ears since I know almost every employee has a device to check the availability of any product. His behavior was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. To be honest I wasn’t expecting an employee like him working for Uniqlo.
