Dhruv was fantastic he helped my husband (someone that hates suits lol) feel so comfortable and went over and beyond in listening to our concerns and finding other options until my husband was comfortable in what he chose from head to toe literally. A suit jacket including pants a shirt a tie and shoes. Also he informed us about a sale that was on and how we would benefit if we added another 2 shirts. Fantastic service.

Wasn’t expecting much for a cheap suit but was certainly expecting more than two buttons falling off in the first 10 minutes of wear. Fabric had frayed/ unravelled an hour into the night. No refund offered by staff who incorrectly claimed “I was not wearing it properly”. Not sure what that even means. You’d think a suit could endure a ‘sit down’ wedding. Best to pay a bit more for something you can wear for more than half an hour. Avoid this place at all costs.

My experience at Connor was exceptional. The guy who helped me, Salman has really good customer service. He helped me pick out clothes for my partner and understood exactly what i was after. And the sizes he gave were perfect. He had such a good energy, made shopping at Connor very enjoyable. My partner also really liked the clothes.

James – cool bloke. Helped me pick the right suit for my occasion and provided excellent advice and recommendations. Walked out with a suit better than wht i originally had in mind. Nice work

Honestly likely my best retail shopping experience to date. Went in as someone who is not usually comfortable wearing nor educated on formal wear and Sophia absolutely knocked it out of the park.

She was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She also gave great suggestions when needed yet still gave me space to try on my fit and decide what I liked for myself, ultimately helping me to achieve the exact look I was going for.

This was also amongst her also helping about 6 other people simultaneously! I never felt like I was forgotten even though it was a busy period.

Absolutely pumped with the end result and will return for any of my future formal wear needs.

Connor, listen up your staff are great so you better treat them right! It’s insanely hard to find staff of such a high quality in this day and age and everyone in your Rundle Mall store was excellent at what they do.

Suit shopping for my son was made super easy with the very friendly and professional staff at Connor in Rundle Mall. The guys in this store were very helpful and looked after everything we needed, they even organised to have the suit altered in the same day for us. I cannot give enough credit to the staff for their friendly helpful nature, I would highly recommend anyone to use their services if needing suit attire .

The clothes are nice but when it comes to homewares this store is disappointing. The shelves are often bare and there is no visual merchandising whatsoever. Given it’s at the back of the store, it feels like a forgotten part of the store. Walking into this section just doesn’t feel up to the standard of their homewares that you see presented online. I wish they’d put more effort into this part of the store as their homewares are lovely but just not presented in an appealing way.

Definitely the best place for shopping, nice product with good prices

Sustainable, quality and ethical – items, fashion and accessories that is affordable. Recycling program is worth looking into if you are the conscious buyer. Shopping areas are labelled for easy directory, a store for the whole family.
Their Home section on the ground floor is also very aesthetic stocking some really nice bedding and crockery. Some great sales on from time to time with extra discounts if using the H&M membership on the app.
The staff are friendly always, however although there are the change rooms upstairs and downstairs, both are not open during peak times so expect longer queues.

Many good options for clothes and buying things for home. You can find clothes for girls, mans, kids, different sizes, good offers for special disccounts (especially in this month) . Its in the center of rundle mall, very close to the tram station, good location. Totally recomended .

This place feels like your in American department stores. Different experience from the local clothing stores around. Clean and organised clear signage on where and what is the area.

I’ve been served by a staff member called KoKo a couple of times now, always helps me use coupons saving me money every time 🙂 but the thing that impressed me today was seeing him deal with a “Karen”. Amazingly professional customer service when dealing with a difficult customer.

Friendly staff, best customer service!

I visited the shop yesterday looking for a leather jacket. Apparently it’s not available in this store. Staffs(Will and another girl I didn’t ask her name) helped me out by contacting other stores asked if there is in stock somewhere, so I can go there and pick it up. They were enthusiastic to help customer without any complaining.Will visit again.

It’s a lovely store with a variety of clothes to choose with relevant music and a positive atmosphere. Although majority of the staff are friendly I did get one bad staff who was judging me for getting a size 4 because that’s the size I am and made backhanded comments such as “You do realise it’s meant to be baggy” when jeans are not meant to fall of your waist. 🙂

We had lots of help from Gabby (not too sure if that is spelt right but she had lovely curly hair), she was so kind and so positive, thankyou!

I rarely create a review however I had to share my recent experience. A lovely young lady named Amy helped me find a skirt and shoes for my daughter. She was so kind to us, and even though it was busy, she was still working very hard while maintaining a smile. I have never been so pleased with such a shopping experience from this young girl! I’ve never been treated so good in a store in my life. All the staff was just amazing, the girl, a tall thin man and the young 18yo. I ended up buying the same jean jacket the girl was using because she was wearing it incredibly and she was so nice and attentive with us. My husband got his beautiful pair of jeans and we left more than happy. Thank you all!

Had a lovely you lady named Tel who had a lot of knowledge of the product I wanted to purchase. She was very attentive and her customer service was top notch. Tel was also very patient and friendly, helpful and polite, no questions were too silly. Her approach and attitude as well as a valuable opinion was appreciated. Well done Tel you are a superstar

Went into the Rundle Mall store on Saturday (5 April) and received excellent, genuine service. All three staff members were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy and ‘quota’ focused. Obviously a reflection of training received and / or the character of people Levis choose to employ.

I wasn’t planning on buying anything today. But when I walked in the staff Bella told me that they have sales going on. She is so nice and friendly, and help me to select the jeans and jackets. Just got 6 pairs of ankle socks, for 30 dollars, the quality it’s amazing, cannot compere them with any others that I have tried so far, just amazing quality at a convenient price, I will definitely go back. And an innovative and fast paying system, this store it’s fantastic!

It faces the main street of the Rundle Mall. You will not miss it. They stock more products than the Burnside store. I could find a sweater from multiple colours at a discounted price here. What they stock is different to what the online store does. Some items that weren’t available online were available at the shop. Uniqlo’s clothes are reliable and durable. I have a fleece jacket that has been worn over 10 years.

5 stars to Sue who went above and beyond to help me find the jumper I wanted. She hunted for it in the change rooms and storeroom because it wasnt on the shelves (where it should have been). Thansk too to Uniqlo for exchanging my item after the 30 day period. Much appreciated!

Not sure whats gone wrong recently, but their material selection for pants and shorts are terrible. They wrinkle so easily, and age very quickly. The styling is also hit or miss. A shame because everything else I’ve tried is very good quality.

Absolutely Thrilled with My UNIQLO Purchases!

I recently purchased several items from UNIQLO, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I tried them on, I could tell the quality was exceptional. The fabric feels soft, breathable, and incredibly comfortable.

The fit is perfect – UNIQLO always seems to get it just right, and their sizing is consistent, which is such a relief. I’ve worn the clothes for a variety of occasions, and they not only look stylish but hold up well after multiple washes. I had an extremely disappointing experience at UNIQLO. When I asked a staff member about a product, they responded with a condescending smirk and even rolled their eyes. As a customer, I was truly shocked and felt deeply disrespected. It’s unacceptable for any service-oriented business to treat people this way. I will no longer be purchasing anything from UNIQLO, nor will I be returning to this store.

I love this store and normally staff are very friendly and helpful but I need to share what has happened to me twice in the past ten days. There is a guy at the fitting room area named Yahya. I wanted to know if there was a smaller size of a dress that I’d tried and his answer was go online and check if there is another size in this store or look for it in another branch. I couldn’t believe my ears since I know almost every employee has a device to check the availability of any product. His behavior was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. To be honest I wasn’t expecting an employee like him working for Uniqlo.

As an FXD Workwear junkie this is my go to shop. Great range of FXD products and with sales, and members discounts you can`t go wrong on price. Staff are super helpful and polite. Went in for a pair of boots and as usual walked out with more , pants vest and socks.

One of my favourite stores and my go-to for boots and work clothes. They have a great range. The staff are always friendly and super helpful. I like supporting this great South Australian local business.

Bought a pair of desert boots. I had a pair of these boots when I was a child in primary school. They are still as I remember them. No fuss, true Australian sizing and very comfortable after they are worn for a short period of time.

Best place to buy legit YEEZYS

Came in with a couple of friends to help find me some new alternative style clothing. We came in pretty close to closing, but Maddie and Amber let us in, stayed past closing all to help me find a good outfit.

They were both super lovely and we also had some good chats with them while browsing. Definitely recommend Dangerfield Rundle Street, especially if you get served by those two, lovely people that were the best help in finding my new outfit. 10/10, thank you girls :))

Not only does this store have a great atmosphere for alt people, Madi has some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. She goes above and beyond for me every time I go in, and makes it feel like you’re shopping with a friend. She has a great eye for fashion, giving me great advice for which shirts made my torso look longer.
She has really boosted my confidence the last few months.

My friends and I came in and where served by Amber and Maddie, WHAT ABSOLUTE GEMS Thay made us feel so comfortable and attended to; helping us make selections, having fun and joking around while also allowing us to take our time. Wonderful variety of clothes, some you wouldn’t find anywhere else. They stock bags, glasses, hats, shoes & belts etc. While I was in there no shop assistant approached me in all the time I was there.

I’m really disappointed that plus sizes have been removed from the store. We’re only talking about two sizes—22 and 24—so there’s no reason these shouldn’t be available on the rack alongside the rest of the clothing. It feels unfair that only thinner people are given the opportunity to try on clothes in-store, while plus-size customers are left out. Being able to try on clothes before buying isn’t a privilege; it’s a necessity.

I’m giving an extra star because of a lovely employee I spoke with in-store. They were incredibly understanding and validated my concerns, which I truly appreciated.

The staff are always so helpful and I love all the unique styles, plus so many beautiful pants and dresses actually have decent pockets!

What a shop! Nothing like it in the country. I travelled all the way from Queensland to set foot in their door. 33 years operating such an amazing business. So much stock across such a wide range to choose from. Adelaide should be so proud to have such a wonderful place to not only shop but meet a fabulous business couple, who have changed the face of retail in Adelaide.

Finally a clothing store that caters to men specifically. The style is incredible as well, there are so many cool American clothing pieces and vintage fashion to choose from. It can be pricey but the brands as new would be pricier and let’s be honest the older stuff that brands used to make are better and have stood the test of time for a reason. The decor in store is amazing as well and Kate’s little Knick knacks like incense or penant flags that she sells are so cool. She’s always chucking stuff out for cheap too and she has a great knowledge when it comes to the pieces she sells. She is always honest if something is imperfect and will discount it heavily.

To those complaining about customer service, personally I’ve never had a problem. The staff here don’t put on customer service voices and follow you around trying to sell you stuff, they do their own thing and are there if you need them. That’s how it SHOULD be. I don’t want to be pestered by sales people and this is one of those few places where I’m not dealing with fake customer service salesperson voices and condescension. Music always fits the vibe in here too which is a nice finishing touch. This is exclusively where I get my clothing now as a man, and I’m always getting compliments on the clothes I wear from here. The best clothing shop in Adelaide easily.

This iconic shop is always our first stop when visiting Adelaide. The range and quality of merchandise is second to none – unique in the country. Fabulous style, great customer service, terrific value and exceptional location. Midwest Trader is destination retail at its best!

Definitely one of the best shops in Adelaide has a lot of unique cloths and items. It has new and second hand stuff from shirts, hats, jeans, stickers and cowboy boots. But what makes this shop worth visiting other than the items they stock is there customer service and hospitality has always been great. I would definitely recommend visiting this shop there is actually a Wilson’s carpark right next to it for convenient parking.

I sourced items for an editorial shoot, and not only was the selection incredible, but the team was super helpful and genuinely passionate about what they do. As a musician, I was looking for an old school Rock n Roll style jacket to wear at my shows. The owner understood the assignment and found a perfect 70s Leather Jacket for me with the exact look I was going for!! Shop there if you want to as they do have a beautiful range of dresses but the policy of trying ONLY 4 DRESSES A DAY is a little weird ( even though my daughter tried on around 6 dresses by accident) So I do thank the assistant for that.
However, I travelled an hour by train into town as this place was recommended to me, only to find out you can’t try as many dresses as you to was disappointing.

I think the assistant must of assumed we weren’t serious about buying a dress on the day,therefore, I went elsewhere .

Went to Myers’s and bought a beautiful dress there ( in the same price range). My daughter was allowed to try on more than 4 dresses at Myer. She tried on 15 dress and some styles more than once to find the perfect style and Color.

Terrible customer service. Went there and the workers never acknowledged me. On top of it I had terrible walking to the stairs with a pram. The worker never bothered to show concern toward the customer. Be sides that , they have beautiful dresses

We came to your store yesterday with our daughter to find her a formal dress. There was only one lady on and she did an amazing job with looking after us and helping my daughter try on many gowns. The only reason I could not give you the full five stars is for the lack of suitable packaging for the dress. When you pay $920. For a princess gown with beautiful beadwork you do not expect for the dress that be shoved into a bag that was way too small for it and took quite a bit of shoving to get it barely in.
Luckily our car was close by where we quickly got the dress out and laid it across the back seat to prevent any damage to the dress. I think the way you package the dresses after sale needs to be re-thought about. This was our second purchase at this store and if the occasion were to arise again for a gown then I would still come back here and hope some more thought had gone into how they are sent home with the customer.
I wish you guys well and I know it is never easy running a business and we all have our own flaws in some way.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Copycat Evening Wear today! I’d had my eye on a stunning dress for a while, and when I finally went in, the lady and gentleman working there were so helpful and welcoming. They made the whole experience of buying it fantastic—I felt comfortable, confident, and absolutely beautiful.

In all my excitement, I forgot to get their names, but hats off to them for their incredible service. If you’re looking for something special and want to feel like royalty while shopping, this is the place to go! Well done, Copycat Evening Wear!

I would not recommend Copy Cat for anyone looking for a positive dress shopping experience. The service was extremely disappointing. The staff member who assisted us seemed uninterested in our needs and didn’t take the time to help us find the right dress. Instead, it felt like she was just pushing us to purchase anything, without any consideration for our preferences or budget. It was a frustrating and unhelpful experience, and I definitely won’t be returning. If you’re looking for genuine service and a more personalized experience, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

I recently went to copycat to find a specific outfit for a special birthday. I was given exceptional customer service by a lovely lady named Lita. She was really helpful, polite, couldn’t do enough to make my experience enjoyable. She didn’t do the hard sales that you experience in some retail outlets. Instead she helped when I needed it and gave me her opinion when asked. I would highly recommend anyone wanting a formal outfit go see copycat. You won’t be disappointed.

It was a horrible experience. I went in to try on Formal Dresses as I am a bigger girl, and people I knew had recommended the store as being Plus Sized friendly.

None of their dresses are true to sizing. I am a size 16-18, and none of their 16-18 dresses fit me. And the vast majority of the dresses in there that I actually liked didn’t go past those sizes. I left feeling so ashamed and horrible, and almost completely cancelled going to Formal over the matter alongside the fear of not being able to find a dress. One thing I did like about the store though is that they offered layby.

I don’t think I will be bothered going here again in the future, and if you’re a bigger girl like me, I don’t recommend this store.

Went in today with my partner today for the sales, and received excellent service from Will. They were the only staff member in the store, but they were very friendly and gave every customer the same level of care and quality service. They were super helpful when we were trying to discern what items were on sale, and processed all of our items quickly and with ease. They made our experience memorable.

Visited the store earlier this week. had the unfortunate interaction with charlotte whilst in store. Rude. Snarky. Condescending. Left without purchasing anything, and dont think i would go back. Clearly doesnt just interact with customers this way, as the way she was speaking to staff was extremely rude as well.

Nice staff, decent quality cloths but quality lacking slightly

I purchased a pair of Rolla’s jeans and an oversized, long rugby top online from your store a while ago. Unfortunately, when the items arrived, they didn’t match the pictures on your website. Instead of the long, oversized rugby shirt I ordered, I received a cropped version, and the jeans had a distressed feature on the left knee that wasn’t shown in the product photo. Clearly, the wrong items were sent.

When I went to return the items in-store, I had a very disappointing experience. The staff member who assisted me was tall, white, had a beard, and was extremely rude and condescending. There was no greeting or basic courtesy—just an interrogative attitude, as if I were being questioned in a courtroom. When I explained that the items didn’t look like the pictures online, he demanded that I show proof and even argued that the jeans looked “very similar” to what was advertised. All the items were unworn and had their original tags, so there was no reason for this kind of hostility.

I should have just said that I changed my mind to avoid this unpleasant ordeal. The experience was awful and has made me reconsider shopping with your store again.
