Paul came out to give my ute a full interior detail after a traumatic experience where my dog vomited up an entire rabbit in the centre console. No amount of cleaning I was able to do could get rid of the smell, thankfully Paul and the awesome tools of Bubble & Squeak not only got rid of the smell, but managed to get rid of all of the dog hair and grime from its use on the farm over the years – I’ve never seen it so clean. Beyond grateful!

I got the premium detail package on my Toyota 86 and it turned out great.

As a small business owner in the transport industry my vehicle is my income . Dave was able to come on very short notice to clean the engine bay which was coated in mud from a remote trip I had recently done . Came up a treat would highly recommend.

Bubble and Squeak are amazing – they detailed my 2014 BMW in my driveway and I am absolutely blown away! It looks like brand new. I bought the car second hand and Paul removed every bit of carpet grunge, then cleaned the interior to perfection. Even the motor was cleaned! The job took approx 3 hours – excellent value for money. My car had grass seeds, sand and cat fur that never seemed to come out when I vacuumed. A few hours with Paul and the interior looks like new!! The interior package was worth the money! Paul worked hard and was friendly and punctual. Great work!

– I did not ask for things that were not included. The ultimate wash includes ‘interior vaccum’ (incomplete), ‘complete interior wipedown’ (incomplete), carpet shampoo (incomplete), ‘boot surrounds’ (incomplete).

– I did not threaten a negative review. I stated that if you were not willing to work with me to resolve the issues that I would be making a formal complaint and posting a public review of my experience with your business. This is so future customers are not ripped off.

DO NOT USE. Unprofessional. Total rip off. This business blames the customer for not double checking rather than taking accountability for their poor service.

I paid $220 for the Ultimate Wash which included seat/carpet shampoo. The vehicle was not properly vacuumed nor wiped down. The one carpet stain that I specifically spoke to the staff member about prior to the service was missed entirely. I reached out to the business after realising when I got home and they transferred an inadequate $30 refund. Further the only other solution they offer is for the customer to take the vehicle back or get a free exterior wash. I ended up cleaning it myself.

I just let you know that you guys are not good in this business. I came at your car wash after long time (would say more than a year) and you guys did not do the good job. We have given sufficient time to do the job but you are zero out of 10 in terms of service.

Additionally, Interior was not wiped proper way, leave window with yellow marks, middle console was not clean (not touched), dust on steering, both the front door not cleaned, (missed to take out rubbish) and many more things.

I think you guys need to work on services and train your staff in correct way. If I compare your car wash with other car wash in Adelaide, I would say you are standing on the last position in terms of the service. You guys need to visit other car wash and should observe how they are doing their job with 100% customers satisfaction.

Lastly, I know that you are under new management since one and half year but You haven’t maintained the same service track which old management was maintaining.

I recently tried the premium deluxe wash and it was worth the money. I couldn’t be happier with the results. They really took their time and didn’t rush through any part of the job.

We come here regularly to clean my car. The price is reasonable and it has everything needed for a good car clean. Usually there’s not too much of a wait. There are no toilets here.

I did the wash today – I paid $20 ultimate wash and expected a proper quality wash, but many areas were left untouched even though the car wasn’t heavily dirty. The first time was just okay, but this time was really disappointing. Honestly, a manual wash for $8–10 would have given much better results.

This was my first time going here because we heard good things about it. But unfortunately I will never be going back there. I paid $20 for the ultimate wash,it was still dirty,very disappointed

Quick and easy. Self wash bays with seperate shaded cleaning bays, vacuum with scented options. Laser smart wash also available, very deep clean. Dog was also here too.

Paid $18 for a wash today took my money the machine said in use please wait. I waited and same thing I went forward thinking it would work but nothing. Nothing worse than having money stolen from you.

As you can clearly see, the water is coming out very dirty and leaving behind big stains. It’s likely that the water is not filtered, which means it’s not cleaning. I spent $10.20 on it, and while it was cheap, it’s definitely not worth it at all.

The $20 wash did not dry the car as it mentioned, the wheels were still dirty. I think manual cleaning would be a better alternative .

Every staff member is very friendly. I once forgot something, and they even ran over to return it to me. I’m really grateful. I always come here for a car wash， Love it!

It’s always been a good touch less car wash. I was using ultimate car wash constantly for like 2years+.

However, please be careful about the water pressure of the prewash on the side when you drive in.
Don’t expose your wheels between them for too long.
It took in a permanent damage to my right front Brake discs, the red paint got damaged.

Great experience, I went on a very busy Saturday and was in and out in under 45 minutes. I don’t usually wash my own car so was pretty clueless on what to do, the owners were there (2 nice older gentleman) and they helped me out and walked me through what they thought was best for my car. Got a full car wash, vaccume and fragrance for $11. Very impressed, highly recommended.

Soft Touch Speedwash, the name says it all. An excellent quality clean in quick time. Car comes out great every time. My car is over 20 years old and yet this place winds back the years! If you are seeking value for money then Tuesday’s between 10am and midday for only $15, you get the Gold Wash. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommend SoftTouch SpeedWash.

A good place to have a car wash at a reasonable price. Their prices and time given for $1 is reasonable compared to many other places. I used to go to another car wash location that offered only 1 minute for every $1, on whatever the service you took. Whether it’s washing or soap or vacuum. I find this place crowded during the weekends. Specially towards the evening on Sundays. The place has staff too. So there’s someone to help you with incase you need assistance. There’s also a dog wash.

Different to what I was expecting for a car wash but did a brilliant job on my car and was very easy and quick but most of all was really good and made my GT shine

Did Platinum Wash today my car is so clean and sparkly as if I had a proper wax coating. Best part cost 25 buxx love this place.

Been washing my cars here for at least 8 years…. (And I live in Morphett Vale) whenever I am around this area I get my car washed. Still the best car wash in Adelaide, if I lived closer I would have the yearly pass. It is a little on the high side as per price -$28 for the best wash, but very quick and car shines after.

Cleaned to absolute perfection!! Attention to detail like no other. We were extremely happy with Attila’s service, very reasonably priced and he really went the extra mile with cleaning every little detail of our Ford Ute. Even our steering wheel, which we thought had a lot of wear & tear and would need to be re-upholstered, looks brand new! Thank you for your amazing customer service. I cannot recommend Adelaide Mobile Detailing enough. My car is like brand new. I had not had the interiors cleaned since I bought it ten years ago so it was in a pretty bad condition especially after some food spills, but it is now spotless! Every single inch of the car was cleaned to shining perfection. I wish I had taken “before” photos so you would see just how they transformed it!

They also arrived on time (actually eight mins early) and were done in exactly two hours as I booked the deluxe package. Super friendly and professional. Thank you both for an amazing service!

We came back from a couple of weeks of travelling with plenty of bugs, grime and dirt. Selected the premium auto wash with all the add on options for a total of $29. The result was exceptional, much better than I had anticipated… no touch up required.

The first time I spoke with Joey he made me feel very confident about doing a satin PPF to my black RSQ8. The team took as long as they needed to do the perfect wrap. When I picked it up I was shocked with the results. Just awesome, I don’t know how they did all those technical parts on the front. But I’m stoked. I had an extremely disappointing experience with GZOX Adelaide when I entrusted them to wrap and ceramic coat my car. The wrap was poorly applied with visible imperfections, bubbling, and uneven edges that clearly show a lack of attention to detail. On top of that, the ceramic coating was either done improperly or not at all — it offered zero protection, and water didn’t bead as it should after treatment.

What made it worse was the dishonesty throughout the process. Joey and the staff repeatedly reassured me that everything was done correctly, but it was clear they were trying to cover up subpar work. When I raised my concerns, instead of taking responsibility or offering a fix, they dodged the issue entirely and refused to provide a proper resolution.

I cannot recommend GZOX Adelaide based on my experience. Poor workmanship, no accountability, and blatant dishonesty.

Perhaps their PPF or detailing work is acceptable – I wouldn’t know, as I didn’t use those services. But based on my experience, I would never trust GZOX Adelaide to vinyl wrap a car.

They failed to use knifeless tape in critical areas, resulting in deep knife marks on the paint and rubber seals. In fact, my window trim’s rubber seal was literally cut in half horizontally. The wrap itself began peeling in several areas within three months, lifting well beyond the edges. I paid $6,000 for the wrap, $2,000 for dechrome and $2,000 for ceramic coating, and within six months, I had to rip the dechrome off due to peeling. I’ve also had to spend another $3,000 just to have the bonnet, roof and four doors redone.

I seriously question the legitimacy of many of the five-star reviews — they feel suspiciously paid or fake.

One bad experience might not reflect the entire business, but in my case, Joey and the team repeatedly lied, made endless excuses and only partially fixed their mistakes after weeks of chasing. If I had to summarise their service motto, it would be: “We’ll do a subpar job, ignore your concerns and patch it up as cheaply as possible while claiming we’re the best in Adelaide.”

Joey, while not a bad person, does not uphold the values you’d expect from someone in charge of a high-end automotive business. It’s evident that this company lacks the passion, care and accountability needed to handle this kind of work properly.

If you still decide to go with GZOX, inspect your car thoroughly before driving off. Because once you leave, any issues will be blamed on you — no matter what.

This review is written with respect and courtesy as is. I mean no disrespect but this place is a disgrace to the car wrap profession and industry.

Of course, use your own common sense and choose wisely. I am just here to reflect my negative experience with the business. Hopefully the next person’s experience with this place will be better.

When I called initially on Tuesday I spoke to a nice lady to find out if they would have availability for me to drop my car in to their city wash on Thursday, she said yes and suggested the Xpress Wash for $49.99.
When I arrived to their city location, the man there pointed out the dog hair on the back seat and said they would need to do a more intensive wash, which I acknowledged and that was fine. However the next option he gave me was $249.99, which was way more than I wanted to spend and I was not really looking for a proper detail wash, but at this point I needed to get to work and he insisted so I left the car there.
When I collected it, the quality of the work did not appear to be the value of $249.99 in my opinion, and I was still frustrated that they couldn’t give me any other option at the time. I probably won’t bother going back there again which is a pity, as I’ve been happy every other time.

Overall it was good. The car is clean after wash. The Ultimate Wash package is more expensive than similar ones in Sydney or Melbourne (usually $60-$90).

Besides, they need to pay more attention to mini details (like how to preserve a clean state especially for the windscreen after a few hours of parking, the inner corner of the side mirrors, the inner tracks of tyres, etc). In terms of these details, it is not as excellent as peers in Sydney and Melbourne).

And it would be better if the store add clear signs on where to enter, park for start/finish and exit, like a sign of “Entrance”.

Had my 3rd car wash here , first was a CX9 was acceptable job for $65 includung coffee , 2nd time was appalling but it was a extremely hot day and I’m not one to complain the yesterday my mini van $75 same service but no coffee so I thought 3rd time lucky and the wash was fine , carpet will done but windows inside and out were terrible so I called over the detailer and he re cleaned a few spots saying it was water stained and as I wiped my had through it my finger was black so he re did them and seemed ok under the shelter but check out these pictures. I have no faith in the company so I will be taking my hard earned money elsewhere in future

Great place to clean vehicles. The vacuums are very efficient with very strong suction and $2 is usually enough to clean the sedan back & front. The self-service wash is great and if you’re lucky enough to see a staff member there keeping everything in order, they are more than helpful in explaining how to use the system to obtain best results! Very friendly and clean place. Also has dog wash area where I take my dog for his shampoo and dry! Always clean

Management did not allow to use sponge to clean the wheels.On the other side people were washing truck with the rags.

I do not know why the on duty person had double standards with other nationality’s person.
Before I did vacuum spend5$ dollars on it and washed my car spent 15$ for that.

Auto car wash was out of action yesterday.
I’ve used the manual wash many times, it often takes far too long to start an operation and all while the time is ticking down. Needs to change from one service to another much faster.

Price has increased to $1 per minute.
Which is understandable with the inflation of late but Changing between detergents / rinses takes way to long and takes almost half your time i.e waiting for lines to clear switching from wax to rinse.

Also have noticed the water quality has been terrible lately my car ended up looking like I had washed it in river water. So much for a spot free rinse

Drove out of car wash. Car still has dirt on every flat surface did not clean my car at all. Big waste of $20.00 for the ultimate wash. Ultimately did nothing.
