I was a complete bike novice when I walked into Bike Society. I spoke with Josh who was fantastic and very informative. He explained just about everything there was to know about bikes and all the differences. It was clear he knew his stuff and was an expert in the field. There was no pushy sales tactics, no up selling and no pressure to buy from them. I decided to purchase through Bike Society and the sale process was quick, easy and smooth. I’m stoked with my purchase. They fitted me out and answered all my questions. I can strongly recommend Bike Society Adelaide and the staff there!

Deserving of a rating higher than 5/5, these guys are incredible and great at what they do. Dirk was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and went above and beyond to source my new Specialized Diverge as well as parts that I needed changing out for a better fit. Can’t thank you enough, I am absolutely stoked with the result! Highly highly recommended.

From the start of the engagement the team was responsive and communicative. The bike was ordered in very rapidly and setup for me with my details ready to go. But it didn’t stop there. When I went in to collect the bike they gave me the opportunity to test the settings and make changes. They also took a lot of time to talk me through the workings of the bike given it is much more modern than my last one. Great service!
