Trailhopper Tours

Brett took us on an amazing day trip to McLaren Vale. It was great to have the freedom to choose our own stops along the way, and Brett gave us top-tier suggestions based on our wine preferences. With his guidance we came across a few drops that I’ll never forget. You can tell he (and I’m sure the rest of the guides) has a deep passion for these glorious wine regions, and we were lucky to have such an amazing experience with TrailHopper. Can’t wait to tick another region off my list on my next trip back to Adelaide.

Excellent tour of the Adelaide Hills. Got picked up in Hahndorf and then had an enjoyable drive around the Hills. Our driver was a great driver but did wish that they had talked more about Adelaide Hills rather than just played music. Was good to talk to the other guests about each of the wineries. Glad we did our own research about where to visit as we were the only ones to go to Lot100 and that was the best of all on the day. Bird in Hand also great. Will be back to do a few more tours soon. Really worth it.

We did the Adelaide Hills tour with Brett and had an absolutely wonderful day. Brett was super knowledgeable and was up for a laugh. Bus was always on time. Got to visit 4 wineries with our favorites being Nepenthe and Petaluma. The tour was a great way to see the wineries and would absolutely do it again. Highly recommend!!

Yvette was the best guide ever! Knowledgeable, punctual, and hilarious Took the Barossa Valley trip and loved the entire experience! Well done. Next time in Adelaide we will do the other two tours!

Great way to spend a day out in a wine region, with someone else handling the driving! Yvette was a wonderful driver for a Sunday excursion to McLaren Vale. We have enough time for tastings at 3 wineries and did lunch at Beach Rd. Back by 5 and had a wonderful experience. Well recommended!

We did the Trail Hopper bus tour to the Barossa and had such a great experience. Our driver, Yvette, was absolutely amazing – so friendly, knowledgeable and full of interesting information about the region. She made the 1 hour long trip to our destination fun. Everything was really well organised and ran smoothly, but at the same time it felt relaxed and flexible, so we could just enjoy the wineries without worrying about logistics. You could tell Yvette genuinely cared about making sure everyone was comfortable and having a great day. Highly recommend Trail Hopper if you want an easy, enjoyable way to experience the Barossa! Yvette runs like clockwork.

Yvette was an excellent addition to our day. Full of joy the whole day, very informative and knew her stuff, very punctual when dropping off and picking from the wineries. She really made the day! Would highly recommend the tour if you want to explore 3/4 wineries in a day. Couldn’t have gone better.
