Been using these guys for a long time, Paul is a well seasoned, talented technician and does a great job. Nothing is too big and he has a great work ethic with honesty and integrity. Mandy magically organises everything else and seamlessly places jobs in order, great communication too!

Thank you Paul the and Mandy. They organized the date for fixing my Kawai Degital piano and came on time. Fixed squeaky key so quickly. I am so happy and satisfied their service. I'd like to ask them when I need maintenance for my piano however under warranty or not. Thanks again.

Beware, please do not try product/brand not listed in their service list. You won't get it repaired and loose money as inspection charge. Reply to Owner response. Hi Mandy, - I had troubleshooted and marked on the circuit diagram the components/areas that were faulty. You quoted me an incredibly high price for the repair (close to the RRP) so I asked for a justification for that price, including what further faults you had found in addition to what I had provided you with, and you were not able to give me a straight answer. - When I went back to pick up the amplifier, your technician told me he still would need to spend several hours to even find the fault. - If you had disclosed to me that you are limited to only musical electronic equipment, and had not accepted to take a look at my product as that was not your area of expertise anyways, I would not have had to spend time and money with your business.

My $6.5k Tyros keyboard was in total polished and pristine condition with zero imperfections but came back with visible scratches on 3 white keys.
