I have the most amazing experience trying dresses here! I was helped by Abby and SHE IS A SWEETHEART ❤️ She is so freaking lovely and kind. She made sure I found the dress I really like. We tried so many dresses and she patiently helped me try all I want ❤️ I went earlier than my appointment time and finished later but they are still amazing. Really recommend coming here because they also have sooo many stunning sale dresses for affordable price. First store I visited and found my wedding dress. I went home with a very happy heart. I went to this store in a bit of a panic, one week before my wedding. I had a dress, but wasn't completely happy with it, Val was great. She suggested I bring the dress in the next day when Zhu her designer was in the store which I did. They made an amendment to my dress which made me feel much more comfortable and I had the best day thanks to them! Zhu knew exactly what I wanted and they were both calm and lovely to deal with. Wedding Whispers really saved the day!! THANK YOU!

horrible experience do not recommend. i visited a few weeks ago after looking online and saving a few dresses i was interested in trying on for my formal only to turn up and not be able to try any of those dresses on because of their size. almost all of their try on formal dresses were a size 6/8 (all the sizes ran small as well) i mean im a size au12/14 usally and could only try on one dress properly there. staff were lovely and kept offering me to at least see if a size 6 dress could fit but there was only one dress i tried on there that could actually fit on my body which was very disappointing and upsetting as trying on dresses is supposed to be a fun experience. in future i recommend the company have some more of each size for try on dresses or at have a larger more middle grown size that can fit most bodies. ended up buying one of the dresses i saw online from wedding whispers online at a different website for 200$ cheaper so save your time and order online

I had a wonderful experience and Wedding Whispers, both for my initial wedding dress shopping and for my dress alterations! Staff gave me space and time to look through gowns on my own and make selections without pressuring me with gowns that had a higher price tag! I didn't want to wear white and unlike other stores where staff had been quite rude about this the staff at Wedding Whispers were super accommodating and respectful of my choices for my wedding day. Jasmine and Val were really helpful during my consultation helping me get into all of the gowns, but also offering advice on what worked well with my body shape, etc. Once I was settling of the final one they answered all of my questions. My gown arrived even quicker than expected from overseas, and I needed 4 appointments to finalise alterations to perfection! Harpreet was incredible with different ideas to achieve what I wanted and her patience never waivered. Thank you so much team, can't wait to wear this dress on my wedding day 🙂

Very good experience here , Val is very professional in what she does and says I would highly recommend her services and the dressmaker is sweet and lovely also, thankyou so much for your time and attention you gave to us , will definitely return in the future ❤️

The most wonderful experience! I was looking for a high school formal dress, and not only was the selection, assistance but the overall service absolutely phenomenal! Further, I required some alterations, and the service, once again, was fantastic! The employees are highly knowledgeable and the quality of the dresses are excellent.

Dealt with an older woman called Val. Very rude and rushed, if they can tell you’re not interested in any dresses they lose interest in you and want you out the store. They have no interest in the customer, only the sales. After trying on wedding dresses, we asked to look at bridesmaid dresses but was told we only had 10 minutes remaining even though we booked an appointment at 1:45pm for 1 hour but was told at 2:05pm we only had 10 minutes left. Definitely won’t recommend and would honestly grab the name and brand of a dress you like in store and buy elsewhere.
