Lorna Jane Rundle Mall

I've always loved this brand for their great clothing quality and timeless style. The staff are consistently warm and welcoming, which makes every visit enjoyable. I always seem to walk out with more than I planned, thanks to their exceptional service. Today, I was served by Daniella and Emma, who were both incredibly helpful and attentive, they made the experience even better 🙂

I had a disappointing experience at this Lorna Jane location due to poor customer service. While I was trying on items in the fitting room, staff member interrupted me, which was both disruptive and uncomfortable. This made what should have been a pleasant shopping experience quite unpleasant.

Have always loved Lorna Jane. Though went in to buy tights and the customer service team seemed frustrated that I brought my child/ pram into the store. I was ignored and not welcomed like other people who entered the store. The customer service lady also actively served someone else who had been waiting after me. I ended up leaving the store as I didn’t feel welcome and went elsewhere. I felt really disappointed with experience.

Walked into the store over the weekend, nearing the end of trading. I was looking to purchase a few items as i needed to update my wardrobe. I ended up walking out within 30 seconds because I wasn't greeted and there was no basic customer service. No one else was in the store.

emma and daniella are absolutely amazing! they’re always so friendly, helpful, and full of positive energy. every visit to lorna jane is such a great experience because of them. i keep coming back thanks to their incredible service!

One of the best shopping experiences I have had! I was warmly welcomed by a lady with dark long hair. She was super helpful, kind and offered honest feedback. I bought more than I had intended to but I was happy to after how I was treated. She upselled but wasn't pushy about it. The whole team seemed very polite and friendly. Thanks guys!! Genuine customer service makes a big difference.

I went to the Rundle mall branch today and was served by Danni with long black hair. She was so helpfull and a lovely lady.
