I received a new product last week and it was already broken when I opened it. I told the staff right away, but they couldn’t exchange it for a new one. They told me I needed to report it to the manufacturer and wait for a response before I could proceed. Isn’t that ridiculous? I received the product and opened it for inspection and they told me there was a problem with it, but they couldn’t exchange it for a new one right away. The store evades responsibility regulations and shifts the responsibility to the manufacturer. It is a very unprofessional store.

Coming back home from Chicago to visit family and prepare for the Sydney marathon and needed to replace my race shoes. This store is fantastic, and reminds me of the running stores in Chicago, with latest race shoes with excellent staff. I got what I needed so fast. Given the severe lack of professional running stores, and only the big box stores in the outer suburbs, I was so thankful to find them even if had to drive from northern suburbs. Great store and staff with best running shoes you can find in Adelaide.

Perhaps I was unlucky, as for the 20 minutes I was waiting all the staff was very busy with other customers, but it’s really not my problem, is it?
Seems like a basic running shoe store with good choice is variety of running shoes and some limited selection of cloths and even less accessories- bare minimum nothing more.

The running company was very welcoming from the get go, I came to them with knee pain from running and they sorted me out straight away. I ran on the treadmill and he spotted my foot caving inwards and found three different shoes to try, all were great! I would highly recommend the Running company to anyone.

The team at The running company were very helpful, studied my walking style, my feet, my needs ( I needed shoes to walk 900km). They made 2 very good suggestions. I ended up only wearing one pair of New Balance for the 900km. They were very comfortable and light and I had no blisters or feet problems. I would highly recommend them. ( the photo was from the last day of the walk).

After multiple friends had recommended the Running Company I knew that I had to go in and check it out for myself. I was looked after by Jess and she was great to talk to and very helpful! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for new running shoes thanks guys!

Best and most dedicated place in Adelaide for a wide range of cricket gear at a reasonable price! I always come here when looking for a wide selection of gear at a good price. I have bought a bat (Kookaburra Ghost), ball bag, gloves, and sunnies from here. Prices have always been good. The staff here are always helpful and come from a personal cricketing background. Parking is always available on the street. Not wheelchair friendly, there are stairs to get into the shop. Overall, would recommend for any players, parents or coaches for cricket equipment.

Customer service was great. Very responsive to our cues. Great product knowledge. Open on a Sunday. Was great with our kids. Very happy with the bat that we got our daughter. Travelled 5 hours to shop there, and will happily do that every time for our cricket gear.

Visited Cricket Warehouse to purchase basic cricket equipment, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by a dismissive and unsupportive employee. Despite my initial assumption of a bad day, it became evident that the service differed when customers of a white skin tone entered. Was looking to make a purchase of around $440, but instead, I took my business elsewhere on principle, as I didn’t feel comfortable supporting a business that seemingly discriminated based off skin colour.

The Cricket Warehouse is the only place to visit when in need of any cricket equipment. I am a repeat customer of this business and will never go anywhere else for cricket gear! The staff, especially James and Harrison are extremely knowledgeable, helpful & not only go above & beyond in their advice and guidance but offer in depth explanations when choosing the right equipment to suit the customers needs. You need to experience for yourself just how good their customer service and product range is. James and Harrison are also second to none when it comes to bat care and maintenance enquiries and always go the extra mile when providing their bat care services & really take genuine interest in you and your needs. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I went to repair a bat. They explained me pros and cons of repairing vs using as it is. He spent a considerable time inspecting and explaining this to me. Finally he told I will be better off using it as it is and buying one new when necessary. He patched the corners with tape for free of charge. I will recommend this place. This is my number one preference for any future repairs or purchases.

I’ve visited Rebel Sport three times recently and have been consistently blown away by the amazing customer service. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been friendly, helpful, and genuinely keen to assist. I had to exchange a product on one visit, and the whole process was quick and hassle-free. I would like to thank a young lady who works in this store for her kindness and compassion. My wife and I were having breakfast in McDonalds Rundle Mall today, when I was talking to a homeless lady who was in Maccas. I asked if she would like to breakfast, she said, know asked if I knew where she could buy a beanie. She advised me that the nights have been getting cold. I decided to assist her in obtaining the beanie. I went into Rebel Rundle Mall and spoke with a young blonde lady, (I’m very sorry, that I didn’t get your name). This person went out of her way to find me a beanie. I gave the beanie to the homeless lady and she was very grateful to Rebel. So thank you, for the kindness and willingness to help. The people I spoke to this morning were a credit to your store, these gestures to people down on their luck have a greater impact then we know.

My Overall Experience With the Salesperson Diora/ Nat was Absolutely amazing. Diora helped me a lot with a shoe, Even goes extra miles for a help. Nat who has been an exception as-well with stock transfer and everything. I’m absolutely amazed by the exceptional performance by them.

Christian was great all round he really knew his stuff. He has great customer service and I felt really welcomed and educated on the Nike products.

Went in and bought some running shoes and I didn’t know much about them. Christian, one of the workers was extremely friendly and helpful and it was clear he was knowledgeable with everything. He helped me choose a good pair and wasn’t trying to upscale, just sold me what he thought was best considering my level. The point of sale staff were lovely as well. Overall a refreshing experience.

Went there to exchange something for a bigger size about a week ago they told me I needed to bring the tags for the stuff I went back with the tag this time but they said it’s a store policy that the tags need to be on to exchange or return the item.
Please next time if there’s a store policy please tell the costumer

Three level Nike store boosting a large array of gear. Dedicated sections for Running, basketball, football. Ladies gear on the bottom level. Two levels above for men. Well presented store and friendly staff. Expect to pay full RRP unless they have special promotions running.

I have bought a soccer ball for trainings. Next day I’ve noticed that the ball began to deflate. I returned to the store and asked to change the ball (it was about one week later). And a manager said it is ok and just inflated the ball with a pump. And of course it doesn’t help and now I have a ball to inflate every day.

I bought a bag this morning on 10/04/2023 Easter Monday and liked a product
They gave me fake one made in china
Then i needed to go back return it and get the original made from Indonesia
Be sure you check the tag before leaving store the one you liked and got are from same place

My favourite thing about this store is when the manager makes up store policies that don’t exist such as “you can only get a refund at the original store of purchase”.
When I’ve looked through all the policies and no where does it say that, in fact it says you can return at any store unless it was bought from a franchise (which it wasn’t).
0 stars for lazy customer service and blatant lies.
5 stars for the boss for putting through the refund.

Had a lovely experience with an employee named Anne Marie. She was very helpful with finding my specific shoe needs, and I ended up with a shoe that both fits my size very well, and is also very supportive.

My son and I were extremely well looked after by Caitlin. She really paid attention to detail such that we left with the best possible combination of shoes and inserts. Athlete’s Foot are very lucky to have such a wonderful employee on board!!

I was helped by a man named Milan and he was a superstar. He helped me find a shoe that fit better than anything I’ve ever worn and it’s already improving my back and knee pain. He was kind, thoughtful, showed me several options and he made sure that I was getting what I wanted. I’ll definitely come back in the future thanks to his great service!

I’m choosing one star so somebody will pay attention to this message and understand why customer rights ought to be protected. The store was fine. I had issue with the shoe and I solved the problem. Staff are professional.

However, the situation is not ethical. The area manager did not seem to understand why I hope some customers or any person might.

Here is what happened. I tried this shoe in store, last pair, right feet on display. Didn’t get it because it is dirty in bottom, have a 1.4mm x 0.4mm irregular light blue mark on white shoe in front. Most importantly, left shoe and right shoe has clear difference upon trying. The displayed item is more tried and not as new.

Shoe was on discount but simply discount not because it is a display and condition not as new.

Therefore, I bought online mistakenly thought I will receive a new pair. When I see the address of sender upon receiving my parcel I knew it screwd up. It is the same pair from the same store. Except that the bottom sole was cleaned, not completely because it was dirty and difficult to clean given the lines on the outsole. There is a mark, it was last pair in store, I even have photo, it is the same pair.

If I bought the shoe in store, aware and accept the shoe for the set price, it was fine. I did not. Online customer are not given information. Isn’t it normal to expect the shoe to be new and not faulty etc? Although there are return possible, time and mental energy is a cost. Why should customer bear the consequences. The time and effort I spend throught the process is of value while it is my choice to return the shoes and uphold what is right.

I would want to purchase the shoes elsewhere but it is not available anywhere except I found in Taiwan and US.

I send a form to the company found on their website. I also added comment to social media post. I received a standard, kind email without real content. The email template was so well-drafted I appreciate. I have this idea and ask again, whether there is new pair to arrange for my exchange and received a link set to the store and the shoes which was helpful. Replies to the form by email also quick, in 2 days or 1 days. This is Saturday I even receive the reply same day today.

I take the time to call the other store to confirm they have the shoes. The staff was professional as well. I visit the original store l and request to speak to the manager who went to have lunch break so I told the staff the incident who found the area manager from the back to solve the issue together. I can tell he did not understand the rationale why I could be discontent and what is wrong with the situation. He was overall kind and professional and response to my words as I specifically ask despite I can tell he felt annoyed that is normal. I could have appear nicer but at the same time if customer are all too nice and don’t show their discontent things may not be taken seriously. I was not offensive either I have manner believe it or not. It was intentional choice in my tone about complaining and solving problem.

Appreciate that. No offense. He mentioned they must have missed the mark and all retail shop share similar practice cleaning the shoes selling shoe that have been tried.

My point is not about shoes cannot be tried but misrepresentation and effectively deceiving online customer and incur extra cost that should not have been if the system is fair and ethical.

Manager also said the brand is franchise cannot just exchange need to refund, pay again, fortunately can get delivery otherwise need to go to the store an hour away. I had to call the other store and tell them my card info and everything.

I will have to wait now, refund and shoes delivery. Asked new store for receipt, provided email, staff said will receive tracking.

Thank you staff assistance. And whoever read this message. I sincerely hope consumers can be wise and stand up for what is right. I would appreciate if anyone send an emoji or reply so we know that it is important, against misrepresentation, protect customer rights.

I checked online to confirm a specific shoe was in stock before making a special trip to the store. After waiting, I was told they didn’t have it and that the website was incorrect. They suggested I check other stores that supposedly had stock, but given the inaccurate website, how reliable is that?

I ended up ordering the shoe online through the store’s website, only to later receive an update that it was being shipped from the very store I had visited.

Excellent selection/quality and really good prices. Staff are fantastic and went out of their way to help us and they took a genuine interest in our sports too. Will definitely be going back. We bought a Brisbane Lions 2024 premiership hoody for birthday present. Thank you

I had a disappointing experience at this Lorna Jane location due to poor customer service. While I was trying on items in the fitting room, staff member interrupted me, which was both disruptive and uncomfortable. This made what should have been a pleasant shopping experience quite unpleasant.

Have always loved Lorna Jane. Though went in to buy tights and the customer service team seemed frustrated that I brought my child/ pram into the store. I was ignored and not welcomed like other people who entered the store.
The customer service lady also actively served someone else who had been waiting after me. I ended up leaving the store as I didn’t feel welcome and went elsewhere. I felt really disappointed with experience.

Walked into the store over the weekend, nearing the end of trading.
I was looking to purchase a few items as i needed to update my wardrobe.
I ended up walking out within 30 seconds because I wasn’t greeted and there was no basic customer service. No one else was in the store.

Great shop, the only one that as the Nike Air Max Pegasus Premium! The best shoes I had tried so far, great customer service and a great variety of shoes.

Went in to get my nephew some new causal sneakers and we were welcomed by the manager, Leah! She helped us find the youth shoes and was so attentive in helping us find the right size that would suit my nephew. With Leah’s guidance it made it super easy to find the right shoe with my picky nephew. Thankyou so much Leah, highly recommend visiting the store for shoe needs and highly recommend Leah!

They had the shoes I needed. But the whole shopping experience was really cold, even when asking for sizing information as you do in a store. The staff at the cash counter was equally dismissive. Love the sneakers, slightly regret the fact that I bought them here.
