Bought a queen size bed frame from here but the customer service was very disappointing not one of the employees of this place helped or asking do you need a hand carrying the bed frame we bought. Could be they racist to my husband and we went home we saw there were holes like for leg stands on the legs of the bed frame, my husband said to me to call and ask about the legs stand does it included or not, however they not sure or don’t understand what I’m talking about, there supposed to have something for the hole. If there not any never mind. I added the picture about the hole on the bed frame I'm talking about. I won’t go here prefer going somewhere else.
Good service, friendly staff. Prices are reasonable. I picked up some great bargains.
I’ve been in this beautiful country for almost two years, and this is the first time I’ve experienced favoritism. When I walked into the store, I smiled twice at a young lady (mid or last twenties) with short hair, but she didn’t smile back. I thought maybe she didn’t see me After finishing my shopping, I went to the cashier to pay. I saw the same lady smiling and speaking very kindly to an Ausi customer before me, which made me second guess her earlier reaction. But when it was my turn, I smiled again and said, ‘hi,’ only to be ignored once more. She didn’t say a word, scanned my items quickly, and threw the clothes toward me like they were trash I understand people can have bad days, but it hurt to be treated so differently, especially when I saw her being so kind to the person before me. I’ve always thought of the Salvation Army as a place that spreads kindness, but this experience was the most disrespectful I’ve ever had
The lady at the counter was beyond unpleasant. I pop by to drop some items off but she rather acted as if I were bothering her or she was doing me a favour. Incredibly rude & with a terrible attitude. This happened on Sat morning 7th of Dec, if I were the manager I’d want to know if my staff were treating customers in such way. Thanks
The parking sign..."authorised vehicles only...others towed away" certainly deterred me from shopping at salvos. Apparently the problem is fitness customers from next door. The sign should read.."Salvos customers only"..
Fairly decent prices Friendly staff Some bargains still can be found
I think this place is a joke. When we saw the prices my jaw dropped... Some old (not cool vintage) wedding dress was $800, broken picture frames $15 , jumpsuit I found was $70... Are you for real? Kmart is much cheaper than this joke.
