Absolutely love the flowers here and the service! I have gone into choose arrangements twice in the last fortnight and Caitlin has helped me each time throw together something perfect for the occasion. I've been very particular about certain colours and themes that I wanted to see in the arrangement and she hit the mark each time. Huge thanks- love this store being my local!

I popped in early Saturday morning for some flowers, Katelyn (She said it was with a K so I hope I got the spelling right lol) was sooo awesome! We had a great chat, it really made my day! I loved her energy. Thanks Katelyn! 🙂

would give 0 stars if i could. staff couldn’t even be bothered turning around to say hello and had to stand there waiting to even be acknowledged as i really wanted to buy orchids and a few bunches of flowers. won’t return. it’s a shame as if you just had good customer service you could of made a sale.

I bought a bunch of roses on 2/6 for $50 + $1 for the ribbon , not sure how they preserve the flowers, but since I bought it till now, they are dying at the same shapes ( hope you understand what I mean? No blooming, no smelling, no petals falling. Blooming makes them the most beautiful period and Roses smell make ur house/room refreshing and relax, but it did not happen. Not sure if I’m expecting too much. But when I want to spend that much money for fresh flowers, that’s what I want. Otherwise, you could buy a "fake" ones.

Orange hair girl at the counter ignored me even when I walked into the store. I looked at her and she didn’t even acknowledge me. Felt completely unwelcome. So I just left. I’m not letting a business like this take my money. Terrible customer service. If you can stomach being treated like trash go here

Same as others.. Flowers started wilting the next day. Why does this happen? Seems to be a common occurrence. Could the owner please look into this problem? Concerning that the reviews vary from 9months-6 years ago where people are saying that the flowers wilt quickly and yet still no solution? And may I add.. I ordered a beautiful PINK selection of flowers and yet they were mainly filled with GREEN flowers as fillers. Perhaps call the customer first and ask them if its okay to fill the bouquet with mainly green flowers instead of thwir requested colours? And yes, I could have called you up and ‘complained’ but not many people would do that because flowers are meant for a happy occasion, and one almost feels like a negative nancy for calling up and complaining. I bought this bunch weeks ago and it still bothers me (not under this name). Please just take this as constructive feedback. Thank you.
