I just randomly searched for a flower shop in Adelaide since I recently moved here and had no idea where to go. The reviews and styles caught my attention, so I decided to order for my wife as a first bouquet. The online ordering process was easy, and the bouquet was even bigger than I expected! My daughter has sent me flowers from East End a number of times and I have recently ordered flowers from them for Father’s Day and a bereaved friend. Their flowers are beautifully fresh, last for ages and most recently arrived in the friendly hands of a pleasant young fellow, not just beautifully wrapped but perfectly cut to length and ready to go straight into a vase. Lots of bouquets fail that last test so I was very grateful for the ease of handling. All round, excellent service.

I wanted to send my daughter some flowers and was unable to go out to purchase some. So I looked online and found. East End flower market and they had some lovely arrangements online. I found it easier to choose what I thought would be great for her and sent them as a surprise. They were delivered the same day and she was thrilled. I will definitely use this service again as it was effortless and easy and the flowers were beautiful exactly what I wanted.

I recently received flowers for my birthday from a family member overseas who used Chill Flowers. The bouquet was pretty but was not exactly what was ordered. After contacting them, the owner went out of her way to rectify the error and delivered a new arrangement which was stunning! The flowers were beautiful and fresh, the customer service outstanding!

I first received flowers from Chill Flowers for a work anniversary, and they were absolutely stunning. Recently, when a close friend lost a family member, I knew exactly where to go. I loved that the website clearly shows which size arrangement is pictured—it made choosing so much easier.

I’d previously received the Crème Brûlée arrangement, so I ordered the same one in a larger size for my friend. The colours were perfect, and when our friend sent us a photo, the flowers were just as beautiful as the image online.

Ordering was simple, and when I called the shop to confirm details, the team couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. I honestly can’t recommend Chill Flowers highly enough.

Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend. Overcame an issue, by going above and beyond. Will definitely shop here again. I ordered flowers Saturday morning for same day delivery to a hospital. Unfortunately, by Sunday morning it was clear they hadn’t arrived. I tried calling but Chill was closed Sundays. I sent an email advising of my issue. The owner checked the emails (on her day off) saw the problem, looked up my order and found the delivery log. She then personally called the hospital TWICE to track them down. She then let me know exactly where they were and apologised for this even though it was 100% the fault of the hospital.
When others may have just said “our records show it was delivered” she took charge of the issue, went above and beyond to resolve it, and ended up with a customer for life.
and after all of that… The flowers were stunning.

The team at Chill Flowers was absolutely incredible from start to finish! I was in a pickle after a last-minute pivot with another florist, and they quite literally saved me. With just three days’ notice, they created the most stunning arrangements for a corporate breakfast event.

A special shoutout to Kessia, who went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless. She worked within my budget without any upselling or pressure, which I really appreciated. We worked backwards from what I could spend, and she delivered something beautiful that exceeded my expectations.

I saw an exquisite arrangement by Chill Flowers at my sister’s home some years ago. Although not a high-end bouquet, the flower selection, colours, and artistry were captivating. Needless to say, Chill has received all my subsequent flower orders, large and small since then, and I continue to have the highest regard for their floristry and service. I have come to depend upon their advice when selecting flowers for various occasions knowing I can trust their expertise.
I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism of the owner, Sarah, and her team. Recently, I ordered flowers for a special occasion and made a mistake with the timing, the venue opening later than I had anticipated. I have used many different florist in Adelaide and quickly worked out that BloomBar is no.1 in Adelaide. BloomBar flowers seem to last at least a week if not longer than the rest. Highly Recommend

False advertising at its best. The ACCC needs to contact this company. My mistake was not reading the reviews. You order supersized and ended up with a small bunch of flowers. I understand you don’t get exactly what is shown in the photo, but when you pay for supersized, you get SUPERSIZED. It seems I paid for the box it came in. Very disappointed for my mum who received these flowers for her birthday

There were a few issues with my phone order, firstly, important parts of the delivery were not included in the invoice. I was not asked if I wanted to attach a message so that the recipient knew who it was from. I waited 40 minutes on hold to be assisted, so that the correct details could be added to no avail, so I went to the chat and waited another 20 minutes while my issue was being checked out, to no avail. I therefore sent an email and thankfully I received a phone call from a lovely lady who eventually sorted it; however, I later noted on the website once I logged in that my address was incorrect. Luckily the delivery address was ok!
As of yet I do not know if delivery was successful.
Additional information………
Upon delivery and paying extra for a supersize bunch of mixed coloured roses, the recipient received 5, of which a few were damaged. I was told by the company that because the order was not received as specified, same day delivery, that they would not charge me the delivery fee. I was charged!!
Their images do not depict what I was told by their agent would be sent. To say I was extremely disappointed and angry is an understatement.
Upon phoning and submitting an image of the flowers to Bloomex, their reply email stated that there were damaged roses and offered me a $20 in house voucher (this would only cover delivery fees).
I have sent numerous emails and phone calls which have dropped out to their service centre (40 minute wait).
The last I heard from Bloomex, was that their manager would contact me.
It has been 3 weeks, and I have not heard from anyone.
The image plainly shows what I was told would be sent and the images on the website are in no way near to what was received.

If the site would let me put ZERO stars – I would.

Let me start by saying how disgusted I was at the delivery , quality and amount of flowers my wife recently received for her birthday on Friday.
I had thought that I would do something a bit romantic and send her flowers at her work so she could sit there all day and enjoy her flowers and birthday greetings from staff members. What she got was a mediocre , expensive and very late bunch of flowers in a box with card – on the inside of which was a piece of paper stapled to the card with my birthday message.
Secondly i had to contact the ” helpline” to be told it was “in transit ” and was only in transit at 1.15 pm and did not arrive until about 3.40pm and I had placed the order the day before . This was my wife’s birthday! . Now I understand that delivery drivers have more than one delivery and I took that into account but I would have thought that a bunch of birthday flowers would have taken SOME sort of priority over “Bobs Accounting – profit and loss statements for the last quarter “.
Thirdly the quality of the bunch was underwhelming to say the least. I realise that everything is getting more expensive and I am not a wealthy man so I bought what I could afford these days but to see the look on her face when I picked her up from work is not a look I want to see again.
Suffice it to say I will NEVER be ordering from your company again. And others will be warned as well.

I paid $115 to get a “Supersized” bunch of flowers in a large vase as a group gift to a friend in hospital as we wanted to send her a “really big” bunch of flowers. What was received was a small bunch that would be under $40 in a supermarket or servo.
Looked nothing like the website photo. When I visited her and saw it I was so embarrassed as she knew it was from a group of us. So it looked like we put in like $10 each, not $38 each. When I emailed the company I gave lots of details and sent pics, but they replied a couple days later asking for more info, which I provided, and now I haven’t heard back about it in over a week.
Shop elsewhere!

Arrangement nothing like what was pictured on website, no gerberas or roses included as pictured, did get a heap of chrysanthemums which are nowhere near the same. Contacted company and was told its within policy… Whatever the policy is. Will never buy from company again, nil accountability, have been ordering flowers online for decades, first time with Bloomex and last!

Extremely late delivery and the wrong bouquet sent. I ordered Native Australian flowers for a very personal occasion, and what arrived was completely different. Really disappointing and not at all worth the price. Would not recommend.

I walked into this charming flower shop just “fancying me a peony” (as one does), and walked out with more than just a bloom—I left smiling like I got sunshine in a vase. The lovely lady who helped me was kind, graceful, and clearly knew her flowers. She made my quick visit feel like a mini escape from the day. You don’t always expect a warm human moment with your flower runs, but I got one—and a gorgeous peony, too. Highly recommend!

would give 0 stars if i could. staff couldn’t even be bothered turning around to say hello and had to stand there waiting to even be acknowledged as i really wanted to buy orchids and a few bunches of flowers. won’t return. it’s a shame as if you just had good customer service you could of made a sale.

I bought a bunch of roses on 2/6 for $50 + $1 for the ribbon , not sure how they preserve the flowers, but since I bought it till now, they are dying at the same shapes ( hope you understand what I mean? No blooming, no smelling, no petals falling. Blooming makes them the most beautiful period and Roses smell make ur house/room refreshing and relax, but it did not happen. Not sure if I’m expecting too much. But when I want to spend that much money for fresh flowers, that’s what I want. Otherwise, you could buy a “fake” ones.

Orange hair girl at the counter ignored me even when I walked into the store. I looked at her and she didn’t even acknowledge me. Felt completely unwelcome. So I just left. I’m not letting a business like this take my money. Terrible customer service. If you can stomach being treated like trash go here

Same as others.. Flowers started wilting the next day. Why does this happen? Seems to be a common occurrence. Could the owner please look into this problem? Concerning that the reviews vary from 9months-6 years ago where people are saying that the flowers wilt quickly and yet still no solution? And may I add.. I ordered a beautiful PINK selection of flowers and yet they were mainly filled with GREEN flowers as fillers. Perhaps call the customer first and ask them if its okay to fill the bouquet with mainly green flowers instead of thwir requested colours? And yes, I could have called you up and ‘complained’ but not many people would do that because flowers are meant for a happy occasion, and one almost feels like a negative nancy for calling up and complaining. I bought this bunch weeks ago and it still bothers me (not under this name). Please just take this as constructive feedback. Thank you.

We had Carla arrange our wedding flowers for our Wedding last Saturday and we could simply not be happier with the results. I provided some pics of what i was looking for and left the rest to her. The results were simply stunning. The detail in the wrapping of the stems was amazing and the flowers were just as i had dreamed they would be. The mens pins and the Mother of Bride and Mother of Groom arrangements were perfect. Carla was very well priced, extremely professional and above all amazing at her work. We purchased flowers around 11 AM for a very important ceremony being held at 3:30 PM on the same day and spent about $80. However, the flowers were only wrapped with two pieces of paper — no cotton, no tissue, and no water protection. I have never received — and never expected — flowers to be handed over without any proper wrapping to help keep them fresh and hydrated for several hours.

When I asked if they could provide anything to help preserve the flowers, the staff simply said, “We don’t have it. We don’t do that,” and didn’t offer any solution. I had to ask for a plastic bag just so I could try to wrap the flowers myself back at the hotel. One of the staff even suggested using a coffee mat to keep the flowers watered, which was quite unprofessional and unacceptable for such an occasion.

For the price paid and the importance of the event, this level of service was disappointing. If the owner is hiring staff, I kindly suggest ensuring they are trained properly and understand how to provide customer care, especially when dealing with customers preparing for special events.

I truly hope improvements can be made so that future customers — including tourists — can have a better experience.

I bought a bouquet for my mother-in-law and was disappointed with the service. The stems were cut and handed back to me without any proper wrapping. When I asked the attendant to wrap it nicely as it was a gift, she merely scrunched up a piece of paper around the base and handed it back with a disapproving look.

Beautiful flowers but the service could certainly be improved. Stopped by today to pick up some birthday flowers and the lady working wouldn’t even return a smile let alone assist me. Disappointing when you want to support small businesses like these.

These flowers are so expensive and overpriced, if you walk around the shop it seems all are deteriorating. You can simply walk 10 minutes down the road to Foodland and get a big, healthier bouquet for $30

Visited today at around 5:30 pm to buy flowers for my girlfriend. The lady working was quite rude and unhelpful. Not visiting again as bad customer service spoils the rest of the day.

Wanted to buy my mother a bunch of flowers, when I finally got the ladies attention, I asked her if she could put together a bunch of flower as some of the flowers on display looked dried. I was today at 12:00 pm at flower depo, planning to purchase a bouquet for my friends birthday.
The flowers were really nice but i did not end up getting a bouquet just because the girl who was supposed to help me wasn’t doing her job at all.
She was really rude to me, it almost gave me the impression that she couldn’t actually be bothered to help me or arrange a bouquet for me.
She was even too lazy to answer just two questions that i had and her behaviour made me leave all disappointed.
Such a loss of time
