We purchased flowers around 11 AM for a very important ceremony being held at 3:30 PM on the same day and spent about $80. However, the flowers were only wrapped with two pieces of paper — no cotton, no tissue, and no water protection. I have never received — and never expected — flowers to be handed over without any proper wrapping to help keep them fresh and hydrated for several hours. When I asked if they could provide anything to help preserve the flowers, the staff simply said, "We don’t have it. We don’t do that," and didn’t offer any solution. I had to ask for a plastic bag just so I could try to wrap the flowers myself back at the hotel. One of the staff even suggested using a coffee mat to keep the flowers watered, which was quite unprofessional and unacceptable for such an occasion. For the price paid and the importance of the event, this level of service was disappointing. If the owner is hiring staff, I kindly suggest ensuring they are trained properly and understand how to provide customer care, especially when dealing with customers preparing for special events. I truly hope improvements can be made so that future customers — including tourists — can have a better experience.

I bought a bouquet for my mother-in-law and was disappointed with the service. The stems were cut and handed back to me without any proper wrapping. When I asked the attendant to wrap it nicely as it was a gift, she merely scrunched up a piece of paper around the base and handed it back with a disapproving look. Save your time and money—avoid this stand.

Beautiful flowers but the service could certainly be improved. Stopped by today to pick up some birthday flowers and the lady working wouldn’t even return a smile let alone assist me. Disappointing when you want to support small businesses like these.

These flowers are so expensive and overpriced, if you walk around the shop it seems all are deteriorating. You can simply walk 10 minutes down the road to Foodland and get a big, healthier bouquet for $30

Visited today at around 5:30 pm to buy flowers for my girlfriend. The lady working was quite rude and unhelpful. Not visiting again as bad customer service spoils the rest of the day.

Wanted to buy my mother a bunch of flowers, when I finally got the ladies attention, I asked her if she could put together a bunch of flower as some of the flowers on display looked dried. She gave me attitude and walked away mid way through explaining herself, iv bought many bunches of flowers here and never again. Extremely disappointing wouldnt recommend

I was today at 12:00 pm at flower depo, planning to purchase a bouquet for my friends birthday. The flowers were really nice but i did not end up getting a bouquet just because the girl who was supposed to help me wasn't doing her job at all. She was really rude to me, it almost gave me the impression that she couldn't actually be bothered to help me or arrange a bouquet for me. She was even too lazy to answer just two questions that i had and her behaviour made me leave all disappointed. Such a loss of time Please work on your customer service. Thank you
