Chill Flowers

I recently received flowers for my birthday from a family member overseas who used Chill Flowers. The bouquet was pretty but was not exactly what was ordered. After contacting them, the owner went out of her way to rectify the error and delivered a new arrangement which was stunning! The flowers were beautiful and fresh, the customer service outstanding!

I first received flowers from Chill Flowers for a work anniversary, and they were absolutely stunning. Recently, when a close friend lost a family member, I knew exactly where to go. I loved that the website clearly shows which size arrangement is pictured—it made choosing so much easier. I’d previously received the Crème Brûlée arrangement, so I ordered the same one in a larger size for my friend. The colours were perfect, and when our friend sent us a photo, the flowers were just as beautiful as the image online. Ordering was simple, and when I called the shop to confirm details, the team couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. I honestly can’t recommend Chill Flowers highly enough.

Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend. Overcame an issue, by going above and beyond. Will definitely shop here again. I ordered flowers Saturday morning for same day delivery to a hospital. Unfortunately, by Sunday morning it was clear they hadn't arrived. I tried calling but Chill was closed Sundays. I sent an email advising of my issue. The owner checked the emails (on her day off) saw the problem, looked up my order and found the delivery log. She then personally called the hospital TWICE to track them down. She then let me know exactly where they were and apologised for this even though it was 100% the fault of the hospital. When others may have just said "our records show it was delivered" she took charge of the issue, went above and beyond to resolve it, and ended up with a customer for life. and after all of that... The flowers were stunning.

The team at Chill Flowers was absolutely incredible from start to finish! I was in a pickle after a last-minute pivot with another florist, and they quite literally saved me. With just three days’ notice, they created the most stunning arrangements for a corporate breakfast event. A special shoutout to Kessia, who went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless. She worked within my budget without any upselling or pressure, which I really appreciated. We worked backwards from what I could spend, and she delivered something beautiful that exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a florist in Adelaide, I honestly couldn’t recommend Chill Flowers highly enough. The customer service was next level, the communication was effortless, and the final product was top-notch. Thank you so much, Kessia and the team—you made my job a piece of cake!

I saw an exquisite arrangement by Chill Flowers at my sister’s home some years ago. Although not a high-end bouquet, the flower selection, colours, and artistry were captivating. Needless to say, Chill has received all my subsequent flower orders, large and small since then, and I continue to have the highest regard for their floristry and service. I have come to depend upon their advice when selecting flowers for various occasions knowing I can trust their expertise. I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism of the owner, Sarah, and her team. Recently, I ordered flowers for a special occasion and made a mistake with the timing, the venue opening later than I had anticipated. Sarah ensured the flowers were redirected to an Adelaide Hills location. What more can I say, fabulous flowers and incredible service! Many thanks to Sarah and her team.

Beautiful flowers, outstanding service, highly recommend! I accidentally put in the wrong delivery address, and even though it was completely my fault, they graciously covered the redelivery fee. The lady I spoke with was incredibly kind and helpful, truly above and beyond in terms of customer service. I also got given condolences flowers from here recently and they were absolutely stunning

Excellent service when I messed up the delivery address. It can be difficult enough sending flowers from interstate and Chill Flowers were so kind to go out of their way to make sure my delivery made it to the right place and in good time! I’m so grateful and the flowers were lovely on top!
