Dhruv was fantastic he helped my husband (someone that hates suits lol) feel so comfortable and went over and beyond in listening to our concerns and finding other options until my husband was comfortable in what he chose from head to toe literally. A suit jacket including pants a shirt a tie and shoes. Also he informed us about a sale that was on and how we would benefit if we added another 2 shirts. Fantastic service.

Wasn’t expecting much for a cheap suit but was certainly expecting more than two buttons falling off in the first 10 minutes of wear. Fabric had frayed/ unravelled an hour into the night. No refund offered by staff who incorrectly claimed "I was not wearing it properly". Not sure what that even means. You’d think a suit could endure a ‘sit down’ wedding. Best to pay a bit more for something you can wear for more than half an hour. Avoid this place at all costs.

My experience at Connor was exceptional. The guy who helped me, Salman has really good customer service. He helped me pick out clothes for my partner and understood exactly what i was after. And the sizes he gave were perfect. He had such a good energy, made shopping at Connor very enjoyable. My partner also really liked the clothes.

Honestly likely my best retail shopping experience to date. Went in as someone who is not usually comfortable wearing nor educated on formal wear and Sophia absolutely knocked it out of the park. She was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She also gave great suggestions when needed yet still gave me space to try on my fit and decide what I liked for myself, ultimately helping me to achieve the exact look I was going for. This was also amongst her also helping about 6 other people simultaneously! I never felt like I was forgotten even though it was a busy period. Absolutely pumped with the end result and will return for any of my future formal wear needs. Connor, listen up your staff are great so you better treat them right! It's insanely hard to find staff of such a high quality in this day and age and everyone in your Rundle Mall store was excellent at what they do. Would recommend to anyone

Suit shopping for my son was made super easy with the very friendly and professional staff at Connor in Rundle Mall. The guys in this store were very helpful and looked after everything we needed, they even organised to have the suit altered in the same day for us. I cannot give enough credit to the staff for their friendly helpful nature, I would highly recommend anyone to use their services if needing suit attire .
