Overcharged, payment dispute, slow. I’ve moved a few times so know the process and expectations. Enquired on a quote. Quoted up to maximum of 4 hours at $140hr (knew it would be faster) , they then charge a call out fee on top of this. changed the pick up time day before from 10-2 to 7-9 then rocked up at 9. 2 guys arrived and it may as well have been their first day on the job. Slow; taking calls, picking up one cushion at a time: took them 3 hours to load the truck with no disassemble required (incredibly slow). Told me they were going to have a I disassemble my table because it wouldn’t fit out my door, so I picked it up and carried it out the doorway myself… no disassemble required. Didn’t fit everything even know there was amble space. Then took an hour lunch before arriving at the new house. Upon nearly finishing (boxes left) I asked them to move a few things from garage to in the house (like kitchen table) this was the 4.15hr mark and also quizzed if they could speed up, they then said they would be abother 20mins and presented a price for 7 hours. They tried to tell me they arrived much earlier and took a small lunch break 20mins then advised that they charge in increments. I obviously argued this was incorrect. They stopped working and wouldn’t unload my final boxes or move my stuff from garage into house until I paid. after 30minutes being on the phone to their customer care arguing I threatened to call police so they unloaded my stuff and just left. Then the customer care continued calling demanding payment. They eventually agreed to the 4.5hrs. So end result it was slow and I had to move heavy furniture and boxes into my home at the end. Not happy

The guys were very professional and hard working carrying furniture up the stairs and were careful not to mark the walls or ruin the furniture. The only down-fall was that they questioned if I told the receptionist what furniture was being taken up the stairs. I asked for someone who could take apart a 2-seat recliner and they said they didn't know anything about it. They looked annoyed about the heavy furniture, even though I already mentioned this when booking. Overall, the guys were very efficient and friendly.

Very happy with the service provided. Showed up on time and did a good job. Although I feel it could have been done faster. The boys were very professional and polite. Would recommend. Good fair pricing.

I found the administration people very courteous and respectful, they assured me of the correct pickups and drop offs as there were two of each, although the workers did their job well, unfortunately they got the last two drop offs around the wrong way which complicated the last instruction to ask my husband to ring to see if all was well, followed by payment.

Excellent from start to finish! We only needed an easy move (a couple of sofas, washer, dryer, fridge, beds) and it was an easy, pleasant experience. Would definitely use again and recommend!

The movers were completely unsatisfactory due to many reasons. As they were paid by the hour they moved at a VERY slow pace and took longer than required to move, eg moving a single chair one at a time where as I - a female could and did move 3 chairs at a time They were so slow that I ended up doing 3 trips in my car to save them taking longer loading those things. I also unpacked them in the time it took before they even finished packing. A fee of $60 for "heavy" items was also charged at payment where this was not communicated with me before or during and all items moved were listed- 1 of the 2 chest of drawers they moved was apparently the heavy item and the drawers were both noted in the original quote. The movers also damaged my not so cheap entertainment unit moving through the doorway at the arrival premises- this was witness by me and mentioned to the movers and all that was said was sorry - this was not deducted from the price or anything . Have contacted them multiple times and have not received a response. Would not recommend. Steer clear

DO NOT USE their service. I coordinated with them completely prior to the move and provided a complete list of items for them to take. They advised a bigger truck at a bigger expense and I reluctantly agreed. On the day, the truck that came was not the bigger truck according to the driver. His helper seemed to think it was. Straight away they said this will all NOT fit in the truck and wanted me to accept this, or they said we can schedule another day to do your move. Obviously I couldn't do that!!! I reluctantly agreed and expected to have to take some of my items. However they didn't eve take 1 box out of the 40 or so that were on the original list and many other items, both big and small. The movers damaged the wall and almost every stair dragging the furniture. They broke a trolley and tried to hide it and also managed to damage a 5 month old new Sealy mattress. The first night in the new home it was evident something had been damaged. Upon bringing this up they advised they cannot and will not be held liable for this as they cannot confirm the state of the mattress prior. I haven't requested compensation for the other items and floors and walls as had to fix them myself. However, a mattress I am unable to fix and it is brand new!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
