Absolutely the most amazing experience from start to finish! Luke and his team took on the task of fixing our recently poorly renovated bathroom, and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Jarrad, Luke, Zack, Brad, Vince (what a magician! Tiler extraordinaire he is!) and even the young apprentice they had for demo, Clint the screen guy and Skev the electrician, all are professional, talented, kind and wonderful assets to Precise Plumbing. I recently used Precise Electrical to replace two bathroom heaters and upgrade garage lighting and I couldn't be happier with the results. Campbell and Josh did a great job and were professional, punctual, and friendly. They took the time to explain the work and left the space clean and tidy. I recently had to call on Precise Plumbing and Electrical to resolve a plumbing issue - this time a blocked and misaligned sewer drain, and couldn’t be happier with the service received. The team was professional, prompt, and incredibly efficient. Special thanks to Justin, Alex, Mitch, and Cameron, who were all knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to get the job done properly. They not only diagnosed and resolved the issue quickly but also coordinated directly with SA Water, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Alex did an excellent job inspecting the drainage pipes in my house and offered the right solution for my situation. He thoroughly cleaned the pipes, provided a clear video record, and even used treatment to kill the tree roots inside. Very professional and reliable service!

The team at Precise Electrical did a great job from start to finish with an emergency electrical repair. We had no power due to a fault with the consumer mains at our house. Precise were immediately on site to quote the job. The repair was completed on time without any complications and they also assisted us with our insurance claim.

Quick service and reasonable pricing. Our water heater stopped working over night. Pilot light/thermo couple issue. Matt from precise was great. He came by and quickly diagnosed the issue got the needed parts and fixed the heater quickly. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the issue clearly and advise me on a few queries I had in regards to the water heater service life and future replacements. Highly recommended.
