What an incredibly frustrating experience. I had an attic fit-out done by Bradley The craftsmanship of the job was good and the installers themselves were great, but everything else was an absolute mess. Throughout the entire job, communication from both the sales person and supervisor was basically non existent. Materials weren’t at the job site on-time, so the workers get here and come to me asking where they are.. what? Then, there were issues where seemingly, the installers didn’t know the scope of work and the job wasn’t finished according to the proposal. This led to another visit to finish it.. nearly 3 weeks later. Emails or phone calls to the job supervisor went unanswered. Communication in general through the entire project was terrible. Now I’m sitting here looking at an invoice (sent many days after it was promised) which includes some sub work that wasn’t actually done! There’s so much more I could say here. In short, never again with these guys. What was supposed to be an exciting upgrade to our home ended up being very stressful and irritating due to the lack of professionalism shown.

I trusted this company to remove a bath and replace it with a shower cubicle . Work was arranged to be done while I was away on holiday. The supervisor assured me that the tradies would provide drop cloths and clean up after the job. Instead I came home to a filthy mess, inch deep dust and concrete and plaster dust trodden into the carpets. Half empty coffee cups were left around and someone had obviously sat on the lounge despite no need to enter that room and left plaster dust all over the chair. After my complaint a worker was sent to clean up with a small barrel vaccuum ....no tools. He did his best but I ended up cleaning myself . The carpet was arranged to be steam cleaned. .... 4 weeks later but is essentially ruined and will need to be replaced I would never use this company again for any service as there was obviously no supervision or quality control and the workers obviously had no respect for my home.

Matt from Bradley Trade Services did a great job repairing my laundry ceiling, removing my old clothesline and installing a wall mounted newbie for me. He even checked to make sure the newbie clothesline was the perfect height for me! Matt was really friendly and easy going and I greatly appreciated his work.

The Team at Bradley’s Lawn and Landscape were amazing. The job was finished on time as promised and we are really pleased with the end product. I would highly recommend that you get in touch for a quote if you are thinking of replacing your lawn. Photos are 4 weeks after initial install.

Reckless drivers. I pulled onto my street which is a one way street only to nearly crash into a Bradley Services van who was speeding down a one way street. I told him it’s one way, but he refused to reverse and continued heading towards my car without stopping once - if I hadn’t reversed quickly he would’ve continued and crashed into me. He was fully aware that the street was one way but did not care. What’s worse is that this street is also a busy a school zone. These guys pose a safety risk to the community with their reckless driving.

Where do start, it has Been almost 6 months later taking time off. 4 times these guys have been out to measure and quote. lord behold the finally turned up to do the install 6 hours later than the advised time, Taking more time off. Well guess what, they could not install due to wrong mesurements. I dont know what is more frustrating than taking time off from work, or having clowns measure the first, second, third or fourth time. I would personally research services required elsewhere.
