Friendly and very considered customer service. Highly professional. Rik attended out house and provided a quote. unfortunately, we were not able to proceed due to structural limitations.

I didn’t want to project manage myself and wanted someone to take care of all the work needed from start to finish. BTS did exactly that. I was especially impressed that they were able to work within my budget with creative solutions when insurance wasn’t able to cover the full scope of work. Their tradies were thorough and professional and really knew what they were doing. I felt like I was in safe hands. Only thing that could have been better was proactive communication around rescheduling when the weather caused delays.

The work was done quickly with little disruption to my daily life. They arrived on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and respectful. Happy to recommend this firm. They painted the outside of my home and made a tired home look great. As a widower I was very happy with the trademens and the office staff were great.

From Matt coming to my home to do the Quote until the finish of my job I can say I'm very happy with my experience. The workmanship exceeded my expectations. I had a huge job for these guys to do. 4 weeks roughly and the end result is amazing. The two painters I had were highly skilled and were very friendly and hard working. The supervisor has exceptional attention to detail which was very reassuring I'd get an excellent finish. I highly recommend Bradleys. Excellent value for money and very professional.
