Came out and the professionalism was above board.
Despite having issues with the broken key in the barrel he got it out and replaced not only the key but the barrel as well and all this while having a great sense of humour.
Id recommend him to everyone.

We had Aidan from Alchin Locksmiths come out and sort two problems on two separate cars. First was straight forward but the second job was extremely complicated and involved keychip programming to immobilizer and non standard ecu.
Results were sensational and instant success.

He came & within 5 minds I had two perfect keys,no more fighting with the barrell.Starts on first turn ,”THANKYOU!” & very cheap compared to others.

Great service. Assisted by a female employee today with car key cutting + programming service. Was done in a timely manner, staff were respectful and price was great compared to other quotes I’d received elsewhere. Recommended to us via word of mouth and would recommend to others.

Prompt service; walked in to get keys copied and they sorted it out in 10 minutes. No problems.

Scott was amazing, managed to rectify a key issue on the spot that 2 previous autoocksmiths could not. Two Nissan dealers wanted almost 3 times the fee and a wait of two weeks. These guys punctual, courteous, and all without tipping me off. 5 stars and more. I’m thankful.

Booking issue, but great service in the end.

I contacted this company to get a window unlocked and a key cut. They booked me in for the next day between 1–3pm. I waited at the house during that time, but no one showed up. When I called to follow up, they realised my booking had been lost. Despite the mix-up, they managed to arrive at 4pm.

The locksmith was friendly and efficient. I let him know I was on a tight schedule as I needed to return the keys to the real estate, and he got the job done in under 10 minutes. He also told me I could make payment over the phone when I had time, which I appreciated.

Even though there was a scheduling issue, they were great once they arrived and got the job done quickly and professionally.

Dave arrived within an hour of calling him and replaced an old lock and handle on an exterior door with brand new ones. They are much easier to use and as an added bonus there’s two locks now instead of just the one. He was easy to talk to and charged a fair price.

Dave arrived on time, and proceeded to re-key 3 of our screen door locks and replace 3 of the knob sets on the entry doors with new ones. He easily fixed a couple of problems with our older screen door mechanisms, and checked them for bugs that might creep in later as they aged further. He told us what he was going to do before he started, and gave us an estimate of the price. All told, it was a pleasure seeing a professional cheerfully fix our security problems, for a very reasonably cost, quickly and cheerfully. I can recommend him to anyone who wants a prompt, cheerful expert locksmith to investigate and fix their home’s lock problems.

Awesome service. Had an issue with a deadbolt and as with most regular people, know little about locks etc.
Andrew was able to unlock my door and get the lock back and functioning perfectly in under 20 mins. Reasonable price and a real nice guy.

Had Andrew come by to replace the old flimsy back door lock with a much more secure lock. He also removed and refitted the existing fence gate lock, and even rekeyed it so everything works with the same key (very convenient). Friendly and efficient, I highly recommend Andrew!

Recently moved into new property and after contacting two other locksmiths -Salisbury Locksmiths were the third. They not only promptly came out to quote on replacing a very ancient sliding door handle and lock, they also replaced the lock and handle on another existing exterior back door and fitted a metal plate for bedroom door which now closes correctly. Very disappointed to drive from Gawler after making a phone call first to presenting them with my remote and then being told they cannot do it need to go to a dealership. Went to mister minit and within 30 to 40 minutes I had a fully functioning spare remote key. Not that hard really. I expected more as looked very professional but got no joy here.

Mitch arrived on time and proceeded to replace my lock on my office door with a key lock so I can secure my possessions when I go on holiday. The landlord has tradies working on our bathrooms so now have peace of mind knowing a professional quality lock is installed to protect my valuables while I am away.
Furthermore I had chosen this lock and handle style in the showroom and even then Adam steered me to a cost effective choice that still has actual full size keys same quality as exterior door locks.
The door had to be resized was not fitting the lock so drilling and hammering involved so forget about cheap Bunnings off the shelf door handles they do not fit to your doors.
Not sure where all the Chinese quality and prices came from my handle and lock match same quality of builders more than 10 years ago.
I even saved $19.99 on initial quote so for a grand total of $230 I have total peace of mind.

I brought in the old door lock. Gave me the opposite hand. Price was 50, a lot for Chinese stuff that isn’t in the right hand. The boss can probably only get what he can get….. It’s an understandable mistake. You are going to have to eagle eye your way through this business too.-Update, turns out these locks are universal, you have to open up the clam shell arrangement and flip the door slide… Which the new fella told me about, Staffing makes all the difference.

The man too whom i spoke on the phone & came not fluent of english ,I supplied the new door lock as i repeatedly told him.Arrived approx 2 hrs after calling, appeared to not know what he was doing !! or was clocking up
time repeatedly looking at his phone.Dropped the heavy metal door handle parts muliple times on my ceramic floor tiles.Could not align the “catch ” plate to the door handle too which i showed him how to do it!! Stunk of b/odour then proceeded to charge me $ 200.00 cash plus $119.00 my cost of the Door handle.” Not bad for a 15 min Arrival & $ 29.00 call out” Total”con job” !! ” DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY” Bitterley disappointed in going local !!!!

I rang as an emergency being around 9pm at night and my three year old was also locked out of the house with us. I asked the guy how long would the waiting time be, and obviously the price. I then explained that the time frame is important because my THREE year old daughter was also outside in the cold with us. So I simply said I would call him back to confirm if I could wait ‘around an hour’.. and next minute he RUDELY hung up the phone, while I was mid sentence trying to organise my next move.
I was very stressed and worried as I have never been in this situation and didn’t know what to do, the least I’d expect is some compassion from the people that deal with it all the time.
